Chapter ∞ Three ∞

I woke up to the smell of mildew and sweat. I was sitting in a mini van with my head resting on the window.

"What are we supposed to do with her now?" I heard a female voice ask. I keep still, to not cause a moment similar to the one I had just had, however long ago that was.

"How am I supposed to know, you just hit her and knocked her out." A female respond.

"I wasn't thinking, what if she is a member of them. We can't have a repeat of-" he was cut off by the female again.

"No, you never think. What if she is a member, but what if she's innocent." I let out a shaky breath that I didn't know I was holding.

"She's up," the boy said again in a groan. I heard someone move closer to me so that they were in the middle seat of the van.

"Hello?" The girl said touching a cold hand to my bare arm, making me scoot closer into to the window. "It's okay. We won't hurt you." I opened my eyes as I turned to look at her. She had brown wavy hair that feel around her shoulders messily. Her eyes were brown too and were surrounded with freckles, making her look raccoon like.

"We won't hurt her?" The boy in the front seat replied grumpily with a sort of dark chuckle, "We don't even know who she is, a better thing to say is 'Who are you?'" The boy had shaggy brown hair, that was similar to the girl sitting next to me. I couldn't see his face since I was in the very back of the seat of the van, but I could already tell he was pissed off.

"W-who am I?" I said struggling, "Who are you? Your the ones who kidnapped me."

"Look," he said pulling the car over to the side of the rode so he now was looking straight at me. He had hazel eyes that made me feel like he was starting into my sole and reading all of my dark secrets. "I don't know who you are, but I do know that now you owe me your life. So now your my servant, or you can have the same fate as your boyfriend back there."

"M-my what?" I stuttered.

"Don't play dumb," he said turning around and focusing on the rode, "Something's fishy about you, and it's not just the way you smell." He reached for the stereo to drown out whatever he was thinking of.

I felt a tear coming out of my eye and quickly wiped it before it could be seen. "He didn't mean it, he's just mad right now. He's not thinking straight and he is taking it out on you. I'm sorry. He'll get better, you'll s-"

"I'm sorry to interrupt, but I don't know why I'm here. I didn't do anything. I don't know who you people are.  I just had the craziest dream, that I don't know is a dream. I think I'm seeing things. I saw giant dogs, DOGS! I'm going crazy," I said as I put my head in between my legs shaking back and forth like a crazed person. 

"You weren't seeing things," the girl said in a whisper. What is she saying, I turned to look at her. She had a sad but serious look on her face. No...no...no... this can't be happening, maybe I'm on one of those prank shows.

"Dogs, you think you saw dogs?" The boy in the front seat started laughing hysterically. What was he doing, this wasn't funny, not even close. Did they not see them?

Hold up, did he just say a few minutes ago that I would be his servant? I remember the two dogs taking about- No,no,no,not him. Anyone but him.

"You?" I asked taking my head out of my hands, I said looking at the girl who was now zoning outside like she found something very interesting to look at. "Both of you?"

"Who else," the boy said in a cocky whisper. Why couldn't I have a Jacob werewolf, one that was nice and cute. I mean the boy, or dog, is pretty cute, What? Why did I just think that??? Stop that!!
