In just a few seconds I get to see my father! I can't believe I get to see him! Finally, after a long travel, which was only a couple of seconds, I arrived in front of a complex building.
Dumbledore murmured something I didn't hear and that's when I saw a house come into view. It looked completely different from the other houses that surrounds it.
Hurriedly Dumbledore pushed me through the front gate and then apparated away. Turning back around, I walked through the front door. Walking down a long dark hallway, I spotted another door and put my hand on the handle. Before pushing the door open, it swung open and I was engulfed in a hug. Looking up, I saw the brown hair of my father. For some reason, I never acquired any of his traits, I got my moms looks. Same with my sister Lily.
After a minute or two, Sirius let me go and we walked into the house. Upon entering, I saw Mr. and Mrs. Weasley standing at the dining room table. They quickly waved at me and that's when Sirius looked at me. Like really looked at me. I saw tears in his eyes when he finally started to speak.
"Delilah, you are so beautiful! You've grown up so much since I've seen you last. You're of age now as well... I can't believe my daughter is 17. And in love..."
Rolling my eyes I almost missed the last thing he said. At his words, my cheeks became bright red and he let out a small chuckle.
"Now who is little miss Delilah in love with that we don't know about?" Pipped up one of the two red headed twins that just apparated into the room. Giving my father a death glare, he backed up and took notice of my bags and Hogwarts trunk.
"Now boys, I think we should let my daughter see her room and put her things away. And you misread what I said. My daughter is in love with a muggle snack called Oreos. Jeez I would never let my daughter date until she's fifty." With those "wise" words from my father, he grabbed my things and took me to my room.
Before exiting the kitchen, I took notice of George's small wink and Fred's small pout and sullen face. With a quick shrug, I followed after Sirius. Walking into a red and gold painted room, I saw the Gryffindor crest hanging up on the wall. Smiling at the cleanliness that the rest of the house seemed to lack, I took a seat on the king sized bed.
After a couple minutes of talking with my father, Sirius left and I started unpacking. With a quick spell, all of my things flew out of my bags and organized themselves in the dresser. All of my photos and decorations hung on the walls neatly. With one more wave of my wand, my Hogwarts trunk went under my bed.
After a long tiring day of doing nothing, I face planted onto my bed and fell into a deep sleep.
