Nine months after finding out about the pregnancy, Lily Arrington was brought into the world.

It was a long cool October day when it happened. My mother was in the kitchen talking on the phone with my grandparents. I sat in the living room with David learning how to read and write. As I started getting bored, my mother screamed out in pain. David rushed into the kitchen to help my mother. As soon as he was in the kitchen, I heard a loud crack so I decided to see what it was. As I walked in, nobody was there.

Within a second, David was back along with a loud cracking sound. He grabbed my hand and his cell phone and again, a loud crack was heard and we were gone from the house. We arrived in a hospital room where my mother was laying down with a doctor. At our entrance, the doctor looked at me and I was sat down in a chair with a screen put in front of me.

After many hours of sitting in a room with my mother screaming in pain, I heard another sound. It was a baby crying.

My sibling was born and I couldn't be happier. The doctor moved the screen from my face and I watched him take out what David calls a wand. With a flick of the wand, the baby was clean and I was allowed to see it. My mother told me it was a girl and she was going to name her Lily, after my grandmother.

After lots of tears from my mother and David, my grandparents finally arrived.

After ten minutes, my mother looked really tired and we decided to leave her be. With David holding my hand, we left the hospital called St. Mungos and we were back home. I yawned loudly and David looked at me. With sheer excitement on his face, he took in my tired look and picked me up. He carried me up to my room and laid me down in my new princess bed. With a goodnight, he turned on my nightlight and started walking towards the door.

Before he left, I said something that amazed him.

"Daddy, will you read me a bedtime story? I can't sleep without one."

It was surprising for him because not once have I ever called him dad out loud. It was always David or hey you!

After the shock left his face he smiled and said, "Anything for you princess, anything for you."

With those words he grabbed a book off of my shelf and started reading. Halfway through, I fell asleep.

As David took notice, he stood up and whispered, "I love you little girl, and I'm glad I got to be a part of your life unlike your father."

With the word father, David took sympathy at his step daughter for he heard the bad news of what Sirius Black supposedly did.

With one final goodnight and a kiss on her forehead, David walked out of the little angels bedroom.

A/N
So within the last chapter I have decided that I do not want to go along with my plan of the different POVs. I will only do Fred's POV when they are in school and when I feel like it. I know shoot me now! I really liked the idea but it's just going to take so long for this story to actually make it into Hogwarts. So forget about my last authors note in the last chapter.
I also want to again thank you guys for reading this book.
