Daily Planet

Ron Troupe, a writer at the Daily Planet, was at the Museum of Heroes, when the mysterious man in the hoodie saved the second grade class. He had to tell Perry what he saw, he had to tell him about the man in the hoodie.

Troupe arrived back at the Daily Planet, ready to write his story. There, he found every one of his coworkers gathered around a TV. The story already went live. Everyone in Meteopolis knew about it. Ron noticed Perry was looking for him, so he presented himself in front of Perry.

"What did you see Ron?" Perry questioned. He was in a hurry, he wanted to get this story published.

"A man, there was a man." Ron stated.

"I know there was a man, Troupe! Give me the details!" Perry ordered.

"He was able to lift a roof that weighed seven hundred pounds with his bare hands. He was able to rip walls open and even blow ice out of his breathe." Troupe explained.

"Get writing, Troupe." Perry ordered, "This story may put the Planet back in business."

LexCorp Business Building

Mercy Graves was the personal assistant to Lex Luthor. She was watching the news and saw the man who lifted the roof of the Museum of Heroes with his bare hands. She saw that he had saved a whole second grade class. However, while watching the news, Lex was calling for her. He was mad.

Mercy rushed inside Lex's office and saw him standing over his desk, watching the news. He was gritting his teeth in anger. His eyes were infuriated. Lex even threw a white mug at the wall.

"Who the hell is this guy!?" Lex shouted at Mercy.

"I don't know, Mr. Luthor." Mercy replied, calmly.

"Who the hell does he think he is, to walk into my city and show that kind of power!? Who!?" Lex screamed. "I am the most powerful man in the city! Me! Not him, not anyone else."

"I am firmly aware of that sir." Mercy nodded her head.

"I want him dead, no I want his power. Get a hundred scientists researching this man! Find out who he is, find his address, his family, then bring it to me." Lex ordered.

"I'll get people working on finding out who he is right away." Mercy assured Lex.

Smallville

Jonathan and Martha Kent were watching the national news. They also saw the hooded man who saved the second graders. He was powerful and they knew exactly who he was. He was their son, Clark Kent. Clark had exposed his power to the world. Luckily, the world only knew his power, not his identity.

Jonathan and Martha stood outside their house. Nothing had changed since they found Clark in the rocket all those years ago. The only thing that did change was their age and that Clark had moved out.

"Clark!" Jonathan shouted, "Clark I know you can hear me! We need to speak to you!"

Suddenly, a large breeze swept pass Jonathan and Martha's faces. Clark was appeared in front of them.

"Ma, Pa..." Clark greeted his parents. He hugged them.

Clark was wearing a blue suit and a red tie. "Clark, we saw happened. We saw what you did." Martha informed Clark. "The world, they know now that you exist, that there's a superman out there."

"I know Ma but I couldn't let them die. They had their whole lives ahead of them. They had their dreams." Clark explained.

"And we're not saying you should've let them die." Jonathan informed Clark. "We're just saying, once you let the cat out of the bag, you can't put it back in."

"I know, Pa, I know. We've been over this. I think- I think it's time, it's time for the world to know about me. It's time for them to know there's someone protecting, someone greater." Clark told his parents.

"We always knew this time would eventually come, Clark. But know there will be people who dislike you, who even hate you. It's a mean world, Clark, everyone will judge you." Martha said.

"Son, it may be best if you talk to Jor-El. I know you haven't spoken to him in a long time." Jonathan stated, "He's done so much for you, even for us."

"I will, Pa, I will." Clark replied.

Barn

Clark walked inside the barn and to his rocket. The rocket hadn't moved since he had left, nothing had changed. Clark activated the hologram of Jor-El and he appeared in front of Clark.

"Father..." Clark learned to call Jor-El his father because Jor-El was his father, whether he liked it or not.

"Kal-El." Jor-El smiled, happy to see his son, "How is job at the Daily Planet?"

"It's fine, father." Clark replied, "I'm enjoying myself. Metropolis is a big city, unlike Smallville. I kinda like the change."

"Good, I saw what you did on the news." Jor-El had the internet imported into his memory. Anything posted on the internet, he would see, "I assume you're here for advice on that."

"I am." Clark confirmed Jor-El's thoughts.

"You're a grown man, Clark." This was one of the rare times Jor-El called Clark by his Earth name. "You could make your own decisions without me influencing them. All I ask is that you wear the suit I sent to Earth with you. Maybe you could have a dual identity, one as Clark Kent and the other as Earth's Protector."

"Thank you for the idea..." Clark was grateful for the idea. He had not thought of this.

"You're welcome, my son." Jor-El said.

Clark turned off the hologram and opened up a cabinet to the left of the rocket. Inside the cabinet was Clark's Kryptonian blue and red suit. He held it in his hands and smiled.
