19. Walk on the wild side

I woke up to the sound of chirping birds. I woke up in Zach's arms. I kissed him on his noes. "Wake up sleepy head." Zach opened his eyes and smiled at me. "Good morning." He said as he kissed me on the lips. "Yesterday was interesting." I said sitting up on the couch. "Yes it was." "We did not even get to eat dinner." I said holding my stomach. "You get in the shower and I will start cooking breakfast." I said getting up off the couch. "Sounds like a plan." Zach said as I walked into the kitchen. I have to walk sexy. I tried to walk into the kitchen sexy and then I tripped. "Oh nice try sweet heart." Zach said as he walked into the bathroom. I blushed and started to make breakfast.

30 minutes later

I made eggs, hash browns and bacon. By the time I was done cooking Zach had already gotten out of the shower. I put or breakfast on the table and we started to eat. "So Zach I was thinking about something while I was cooking." "Hum." He said with a mouth full of food. "Well now that we are officially a couple. What are we gonna do about the media?" I said looking down at my plate. "Well if you have not noticed the media is not really focusing on me right now." I was about to say something in protest but he was right. Star Trek into darkness is finished and was about to come out in theaters. Other than that Zach has not been in any magazines or news shows lately.

"So they will find out when they find out. Why you scared." Zach said with a smile. "Why would I be scared?!" I said sarcastically.

     "Your not used to the attention yet. Remember when that lil girl came up to us at the airport?" I nodded my head. "Well times that experience by one hundred and that's what our life will be like." Zach said taking are empty plates to the sink. "I can handle it." I said crossing my arms. Zach looked up at me from the sink. "That means no more privacy, when are daughter is born" I rolled my eyes. "Everyone will know her name. You will probably get death threats from men and woman. That does not bother you?" Zach asked drying off the dishes. I got up out of my seat and walked into the kitchen.

"Zach you can't scare me away with all your famous actor's girlfriend bull. I am here to stay no matter what. We are in this together." I said wrapping my arms around his neck. Zach wrapped his arms around my waist and smiled evilly. "I am glad you said that because today we are going for a hike. So get dressed." He let go of my waist and ran out of the room before I could even ask him to repeat his statement.

I walked into are bed room and saw him packing things in a backpack. "Zach why do you feel the need to make me angry every chance you get?" I said irritated. "Hey I reed that in the book that Minerva and Monica got me!" Zach said sarcastically. "It was in Chapter 7 :Blaming the Husband." I rolled my eyes.

    "Zach I know you think this is funny but it is not. I am carrying extra body fat that I am not used to. I can't walk for long periods of time it will make me sick. Plus I have to pee every five minutes the baby is sitting on my bladder." I said pointing at my stomach.

   Zach walked over to me and put his hands on my shoulders. "Layla I have everything under control. Now stop complaining and go get dressed." He said and kissed my forehead. I smiled and sighed as I walked to the bathroom to get dressed.

1 hour later

       Zach held my hand as he helped me down the trail. "How are you doing Layla?" Zach asked me concerned. "I am fine. I just have to pee." "There's a bathroom 2 minutes away." Zach said with a smile. "Wow you really were planning this trip out!" I said surprised. He nodded as he pointed to a port a potty. I quickly went to the bathroom and we kept walking.

       "So are we just walking or is there a destination?" I said suspiciously . "You are smarter than you look. Yes there is a destination and you will see it right about now." I looked at Zach and then looked in front of me.

It was a waterfall!

        "Oh my gosh Zach this is beautiful!" I said looking at the beautiful falls. "You wanna go for a dip?" Zach asked with a smile. "I wish put I did not bring my swimsuit." I said disappointed. Zach looked at me and smiled. "Who said anything about a swimsuit?" Zach said while taking off his shirt. I looked at him shocked. "Zach!! We just can't swim around in are underwear!" I yelled at him.

Zach looked at me and smiled as he pulled down his shorts and underwear. "Who said anything about underwear?" I think Zach has finally lost his mind. Zach walked over to a rock and climbed on top. He looked at me and smiled before he jumped in the water. I watched as he came back up to the surface laughing. "Your crazy!" I said with a smile. "Come in the waters fine." He said swimming over to where I was standing. Love truly does make you crazy. I took off all my clothes and walked to the edge where Zach was.

   "You know I can't swim right?" I said as I stuck my feet in the water. He looked at me and smiled. "I know." Then he grabbed me by my hips and pulled me into the water. I screamed and grabbed on to his neck. "Oh my gosh! don't let me go! Don't let me go!" I yelled hanging on to Zach for dear life. Zach held on to me and laughed.

      "I'm not gonna drop you." Zach said trying to calm me down. I calmed down and relaxed. Zach swam me around and under the water fall. The water felt so good on my skin. We started to notice that the sun was starting to go down.

    So we got out of the water and dried off. We put are clothes back on and started to walk down the path. Swimming made me more tired than I thought. I started to yawn. Zach looked down at me. "Are you tired?" I nodded my head yes. Zach nodded and picked me up bridal style. "Don't worry I gotcha." I smiled and laid my head on his chest.

    I started to wake up. I cracked my eye open. I was back in the cabin in our bed. I looked down and saw Zach talking into my stomach. "I don't know if you can hear me yet but, if you can this is daddy. I can't wait to meet you baby girl. I hope you look just like your beautiful mommy." Zach said as he kissed my stomach. I closed my eyes and a tear drop fell down my face.

"Poor poor Zach. He is confusing my son." I thought with a smile.
