33. Planning to say goodbye

1 week later

We are back home from New York. We had a great time. We walked in Central Park and and we saw the Statue of Liberty but I am glad that we are back home.

Right now Zach, Minerva, Monica and I were sitting in our kitchen planning my baby shower.

"Ok so what do you want the theme to be Layla." Minerva asked holding a pen in her hand. "Well....." I said looking at Zach with a smile.

"If you say Star Trek I swear to God."

Zach said looking at me. "You know me so well dear." I said kissing him on the cheek. I whispered in his ear. "I would have made you dress up in your Spock outfit that I like so much." Zach rolled his eyes.

"Actually I want it to be a Marvel theme baby shower." I said with a smile. "That is a great idea we can have people come dressed as Marvel heroes. We can even do a contest." Minerva said.

"I actually like that idea." Zach said turning to me. "We can even have Marvel theme baby games." Monica said. "I am so excited!" I said with a smile.

"Don't get to excited because you are not going to be planning anything." Zach said with a smile. "What do you mean I can't help?" I said sadly. "We want this to be a surprise! Me, Zach and Monica are going to plan everything." Minerva said happily.

"Well ok I trust you guys. I am so excited. I have to go to the bathroom I will be right back." I said getting up.

Zach's POV

I watched Layla turn the corner. I leaned in to whisper to Monica and Minerva. "Ok guys I have a idea. One of Layla's favorite Marvel people is Loki." They both nodded. "And I just so happen to know the man that plays Loki." I said with a smile.

They looked at me shocked. "You know Tom Hiddleston!" They both said at once. "Hey not to loud. Layla can hear his name from a mile away. Yes I know him. I can get him to come down here and be in character." I said. "You are a genius!" Minerva said. "This is gonna be fun." Monica said.

I started to get serious. "As you guys know I will be leaving today for the month tour of the movie. I want you guys to keep Layla company."

"Of course we will. Layla is like a sister to us. She is in good hands." Minerva said with a smile. "Ya don't worry about a thing." Monica said.

I nodded and smiled.

Layla's POV

I walked out of the bathroom and looked at the clock. It was time for Chris to pick up Zach to go to the airport.

I walked back into the kitchen. Minerva and Monica were gone. "Where did Monica and Minerva go?" I asked seriously. "They are so excited about the shower they left to start planning." He said with a smile. I looked down at my feet. "Um it is time." I said not looking at him.

Zach got up and walked over to me. He lifted my head up by my chin. He looked me in the eye and gave me a deep passionate kiss. Tears started to roll down my face.

We stopped kissing and Zach pressed his forehead to mine.

"I will be back." He said hoping to make me smile. I looked up at him. I wiped my tears and smiled. "You better be. I'll be monitoring your frequency." I said before I kissed him.

We heard a honk outside. I looked up at him and smiled. "He is here." I said walking to the door. I opened it and saw Chris in his car. Zach came up behind me with his luggage. He gave me one last kiss. Then he smiled and sat his luggage down. He got on one knee and put his hands on my stomach. "Daddy will be back soon." He said kissing my stomach. Chris rolled down his window and took a picture of us.

"Aw look at the couple!" He yelled from his car. We looked at him and smiled. We walked over to his car. Zach put his stuff in the trunk and I went up to Chris's window. "Hey take care of my boyfriend." I said with a smile. "As you which Mrs.Quinto." He said sarcastically.

I rolled my eyes. Zach got in the car. "Take care of yourself." Zach said. "I will. You guys have fun and be safe ok." I said with a smile. They both nodded and then drove off.

I liked writing this chapter it was really fun. The next chapter will have a special guest............... Tom Hiddleston! I love him as Loki so he is going to make a guest appearance in the next chapter........The Baby Shower.
