Emma's POV

Grayson and I had been laying around all morning. Yesterday we picked up Kade from the airport and he has wanted nothing to do with us. Especially not Grayson or Ethan, I just want everyone to get along...

"Has Kade ate breakfast yet?" I asked as I walked out from our room to the living room. My hair was dripping wet from the shower I had just taken, and I still remained in my pj's considering there were no plans for the day.

Gray was sitting on the couch, scrolling through his phone, "Not that I know of, I haven't even seen him come out of that room."

I walked past gray and across the apartment to where Kade and Ethan's rooms were, "What about Ethan?"

"Still asleep!" It was nice having Ethan back in the house and I know he loves it as well.

I skipped Ethan's door and went to Kade's, knocking lightly.

"Yeah?" He yelled form the other side of the think wooden door.

"Can I come in?"

"Sure." I opened the door to see Kade reading a book.

I sat at the edge of his bed, which was Jaxon's old one. Thankfully Jaxon just left most of his furniture here. "What are you up to?" He lifted his book up in the are, giving me the 'obviously reading' look. "Well do you wanna do anything today?"

"What is there to do around here?" I could hear the annoyance in his voice.

"We could go get something to eat, maybe go to the beach?" I suggested.

He put his book down and sat up, "Yeah I guess that might be fun. Just us two?"

It wouldn't hurt to have sometime with Kade without the guys around

It wouldn't hurt to have sometime with Kade without the guys around. I think he feels threatened by them, which he shouldn't. It's just hard going out with them, because almost everyone notices them. I still get noticed but when Gray's not around people don't usually approach me.

"Yeah! We can just hang out, I'm sure the guys wouldn't mind."

"I'd rather do that. I'm not really in the mood to deal with the two jackasses you live your life by." He gave me a sarcastic smirk.

I tilted my head to the side looking quite disappointed, "Kade, they aren't bad. You don't even know them."

"Yeah but I've heard enough about them, considering ever single girl in my high school is obsessed with them and Jaxon."

"They are different then you think Kade... Give them a chance."

He got up from bed and went to his bags, that he still hasn't even attempted to unpack. "No thanks, I'll have to pass on that one."

"Sorry but you don't have much of an option, if you can't get along with them, then you can't stay here Kade." I got up and walked out the door, slamming it loudly. Honestly I was pissed, and I'm not going to continue to let him be hateful towards Grayson and Ethan. He still hasn't even meet Ethan and he already assumes that he's going to be some cocky asshole.
