Lachlan's POV
Over 9,000 miles. That's how far away Simon was. This long distance relationships was hard. We rarely see each other and I don't like it.

But at least PAX east was in a couple days. That means we would see each other for a couple days. I guess that would hold me for a couple more months.

I walked into my bedroom and started to pack my things. I was going to be leaving tomorrow w morning since it is a two day trip to America. That's what I also hate about Australia. It takes two days to get everywhere.

I layed in my bed and sighed. I might as well just stay up all night so that I can sleep on the flight. I decided on making more videos when my phone buzzed.

Simon ❤️: hey, Lachy. What time is your flight?
Me: We leave at 8AM and land at 6 AM
Simon ❤️: I think I land in Boston 7AM
Me: ok, see you then 😘
Simon❤️: love you
Me: love you too

I shut my phone off and sat at my desk. I took a deep breathe and began setting up my recording software.

~time skip~

Of course of all days, my flight had to be delayed. It was supposed to take off at 8 but it is currently 11.

They finally called my flight and I went to the gate. I handed the lady my ticket and walked to my seat on the plane. I then took out my phone and quickly text Simon.

Me: We are just leaving🙄 Probably won't get there until tomorrow at 9AM.

I put my phone on airplane mode and took out my ear phones. I layed back in my seat and began to blast all kinds of music into my ears.

~time skip~

"Sir? We have landed."

I opened my eyes and saw a flight attendant staring back at me.

"Thank you, sorry." I muttered quickly moving out of the seat and into the aisle. She smiled brightly and walked into the back.

I looked at my watch as I walked off the plane

9:12

My flight was 3 hours late and would probably be another hour because of customs. As I waited in the long line for customs, I noticed a message from Simon at 8:16 AM

Simon❤️: have you landed?

I wish I landed at 8:00

Me: just now. But I haven't gone through customs yet
Simon❤️: do you want me to come get you?
Me: no, I'll just take a cab. Just go with the sidemen and the pack to the hotel to get settled. I'll be there soon
Simon❤️: ok hurry up, I love you
Me: I love you too

~time skip~

It was 11:00 and I finally got through customs. I was currently waiting for my cab. Which of course was taking forever.

me: just got through customs love
Simon❤️: OK, sure you don't want me to come get you
Me: I'm good, the cab is pulling up

I placed my phone in my back pocket as the bright yellow cab came to a stop. I opened up the door and threw my bag on the seat and slid in.

"where to?"

I gave him the address and sat back in the seat. I put my hand on my chin and leaned onto the door.

"we will be there in about 20 minutes"

"ok" I said as I took out my phone and opened to my text messages

Me: 20 minutes away
Simon❤️: OK, I'm in room 512 babe
Me: OK, see you then, love you baby
Simon❤️: love you too 😘

~time skip~

"were at the hotel"

I grabbed my bag and got out of the cab. I placed my bag down on the sidewalk and took out my wallet to pay for the cab ride.

After paying I went to the hotel room.

As I arrived to the room and my cheeks started to light up. After so many months I was going to see Simon.

I knocked on the door and waited for Simon. I heard shuffling towards the door and then it opened.

"Lachy!"

"Si!"

I jumped into Simons arms and hugged him tight. I missed him so much.

"I missed you" I said smiling and staring into Simons blue eyes.

He leaned in and we kissed each other. It started slowly but grew needy since we haven't done it in so long.

A little bit had passed when I noticed no one else was in the room. I pulled away and looked into his eyes.

"Where are the guys?" I asked

"Lunch."

"You didn't go?"

"I wanted to wait for you" he said with a smile "wanna go to chipotle?"

I nodded my head and we walked out the hotel door and to the elevator.

We both received our order and sat in a booth towards the back of the restaurant.

"How was your flight?" Simon asked with a sparkle in his eyes.

"Terrible, I hate being so far away. A day long flight is ridiculous."

"You could move in with me and the rest of the sidemen"

"I always having trouble falling asle-" I suddenly stopped realizing Simon had said something "what?"

"Move in with me and the rest of the sidemen."

"Really?"

He nodded and my cheeks lite up. I smiled brightly and said "I would love to move in with you."

"Now, instead of 9,000 miles, we will be 9 inches away from each other."

I giggled and said "I don't think I want to be that close."

Simon rolled his eyes and chuckled. "I hate you."

"I guess I can get used to it."

I slid my hand across the table, grabbing his hand. I squeezed his hand as he looked up at me.

"I love you, Simon. More than chipotle."

"I'm honored, Lachlan. I love you too."
