Simon's POV
"Vik!" I yelled, seeing him in the corner, shaking. I ran over to him and picked him up and sat on the bed. He didn't take his eyes off the door. I held him with my right hand and moved his chin took look at me with my left hand. "Vik, are you okay? What happened? I'm right here."

He looked me in the eyes, his eyes filled with fear. As he began to speak, a tear began roll down his face.

"There's a spider in the corner."

"Vik it will be ok-, what?"

I moved back and Vik smiled a little. "There is a spider in the corner."

"You screamed bloody murder for a spider?" I smiled and he started to blush, just realizing what he did.

I sighed and chuckled a little, getting up and placing him on the bed. I picked up a magazine and glass off the desk and moved back towards the bed.

"Where?" I asked looking towards the door. I then felt Vik then jump on my back. I sighed and saw his arm next to my face pointing right above the door. "Kill it." He muttered, making me chuckle again. "I don't think that will be necessary." I say as I playfully smack his leg with the magazine. He kept on me, with his arms around my neck and his legs around my waist, while I moved towards the black spider. I shut the door and reached towards the spider, hearing Vik gasp in my ear. I placed the cup over the spider and slid the magazine under the spider, trapping it between the paper and the cup. I moved the trapped spider towards me and noticed the spider had gold stripes on it.

I opened the door and moved out of the room and down the stairs. I opened the door and bent down, careful not to drop Vik. I picked up he glass and careful nudged the spider towards the grass. The spider ran off into the grass. I stood up and I held Vik's legs with my hand and the items in my other. We watched momentarily has a spider seemed to get a new friend. I blue butterfly flew around the spider and the spider moved his leg like he was.... waving. Then we saw the butterfly land on the spider. I gasped at the thought that the spider was going to attack but the spider continued on with his business and gave the butterfly a ride. It was kind of like that the spider was the butterfly's butler or servant.

After we finished watching the scene unfold, I moved back into the house, closing the door, and made my way to the kitchen. I placed the glass in the dishwasher and threw the magazine in the trash. I placed Vik on the island and I grabbed a broom and dust pan, cleaning up the broken glass.

"You're my hero." Vik said smiling down at me. "I owe you."

I smiled and stood up moving towards Vik. "Then you can clean the glass, since your scream made me break it." I chuckled and Vik blushed a little.

"Oh look at the time, I have to record." He said pointing to his wrist. He moved off the island and passed me.

"I love you so much." I muttered, chuckling and shaking my head.

"Love you too."
