Lachlan's POV
"Im so glad you here!" Josh exclaimed as I walked into the kitchen.

I had just flown in from Australia. Simon had picked me up from the airport and drove me to the sidemen house. I was in town to be with my boyfriend, Vik.

"Why? Aren't you dating Simon?" I joked, sitting at the stool next to the island.

"He has been super stress. Hasn't slept well."

"Vik?" I asked giving a confused look towards Josh.

"No, Jj. Yes Vik!" Josh said sarcastically while rolling his eyes.

"I'll go talk to him." I said standing up and grabbing my bag.

"Good luck."

I walked out of the kitchen and up the stairs towards Vik's room. I stopped at his door and saw the door cracked. I knocked slightly and pushed the door open. Vik was sitting at his desk, editing, not even knowing that I was coming in. I walked towards him, placing my bag on his bed, and i tapped his shoulder. He turned a little not taking his eyes off the screen.

"What?"

"Well that is no way to treat your boyfriend."

"Oh, Lachlan!!" He jumped up from his seat giving me a quick hug. He then got back in his chair, turning back to the editing. "I'm so glad you are here!"

"Me too, but I'm so tired." I said yawning.

"Why don't you get some sleep. I'll join you when I'm done." I nodded my head and moved under the covers of his bed. I looked at the clock on the nightstand, before nodding off into deep slumber.

11:35 pm

~time skip~

"Uh." I groaned as I woke up. I opened my eyes to see Vik was not laying with me. I sat up on my elbows and yawned. I blinked my eyes a couple times seeing that Vik was still at his desk. I turned towards the clock too see the time.

3:43 am

I thought he said he was almost done. I sat up farther on the bed so I was sitting against the head board. "Vik?" I called, receiving no response. I moved quietly off the bed and saw that he was editing a different video. I moved behind Vik and I taped his shoulder. He jumped a little and turned in his chair.

"Yeah?"

"Babe, you said you would come to bed 4 hours ago."

"I said when I'm done."

"Babe, you need to sleep."

"I need to finish this."

"Vikram Barn."

He narrowed his eyes at his full name.

"I will give you 10 minutes Vik." I said leaving his bedroom to get a drink. I made my way down the stairs and into the kitchen.

"Morning." I said as I walked into the kitchen, seeing Josh standing there.

"Hey, did you get Vik to sleep?"

"No, he said he was going to go to bed, but he never did. I have him 10 minutes." I shrugged grabbing a cup out of the cabinet.

Josh and I spoke to each other for a bit until I realized I needed to get back to Vik. I excused myself and went up to Vik's bedroom, seeing him still editing.

"Babe, bed, now." I said placing the cup in the night stand.

"I'm almost done."

"Alright then." I moved closer to him, putting my hands under his armpits, lifting him up. He immediately wrapped his legs around my waist and his arms around my neck.

"No, Lachlan. I need to work."

I ignored his plead and moved his mouse around the screen, saving his work. I then turned off his computer. I moved over to the bed, laying Vik down and I laid down in front of him, wrapping my arms around him. He buried his head into my chest.

"I hate you."

"I love you too Vikky." Almost immediately after I heard Vik's soft snoring. "I love you so much." I kissed the top of his head and fell alsleep along with him.
