Lachlan's POV
The place was crowded and there was a seat open next to me and my family. So he sat next to me, wearing a nice ironed suit, with a reddish tie. We met eyes when he reached for the Bible in the cubby on the back of the pews. His eyes were brown but they had something about them.

~time skip~

The priest finished the service and everyone started to leave.

"Hi, I'm Vik." The boy smiled brightly with his tan hand out towards me. I stood up, about a foot taller then him, and shook his hand. I got lost in his eyes, that had small strands of hair in front of them. "Do you have a name?"

"Oh yeah, sorry. Lachlan."

"You're so cute." He immediately blushed and put his hands up to his face. He breathed deeply and looked back up at me. "Sorry, I didn't mean to say that out loud."

"I was thinking the same thing though."

"Oh," he smiled and looked at his phone. "Wanna get some breakfast?"

"Sure."

-flashback over-

"That's how I met your father. Our parents were mad at first but they got used to it. Especially when I have him a ring."

I smiled as I watched my daughter and son, smiled with awe. They loved to hear stories of me and Vik. I loved to tell them too. I heard the door close and I saw Vik walk through.

"How was work?"

"Good, what are you guys doing?"

"He's telling us about how you guys met!" Josh called from his seat on the couch.

"Again? Don't you guys get tired of these stories?"

"No!" The kids screamed.

I smiled and pulled Vik towards me, "I never get tired of our stories."

Vik leaned in and kissed me. "I love you." 'Ew' calls our kids from the couch. "I love you guys too."
