I liked that you allowed this relationship to move at its own pace. I wouldn't lie, I was a very young person in comparison to you. Your hair already started greying when I met you. Still I am grateful for the restraint and enthusiasm you showed. You allowed me to hug you on my bad days and fed me on my sick days. But you showed me love every single day we spent together. I don't think we did much to deserve each other but I hoped and prayed every night that, that would be ok. A life with you.
