Random moments were always very spontaneous and awkward. I don't think either of us was cut out for big romantic gestures, sometimes even little ones drained all sanity from us.
A drive down to the nearest city was always welcome. We would watch a movie. Eat out at a nice restaurant and hold hands while walking through secluded areas of the park. Our marriage might be wrong in the eyes of both man and any God. But you didn't really care. We wore wedding bands and even had an anniversary date. A marriage that sprung from a random moment with you.
