thirty four.

A/N: this will be in Johnson's POV.

I woke up to someone shaking me. "hey um jack?" destiny said. I sat up really quickly and helped her get up on the chair again. "yeah destiny?" I asked her. "um can i lay down there with you? I'm not comfortable." she said quietly and she was shy about it. why would she ask? she shouldn't have to. "yeah an you don't have to ask. you can lay down here with me. it's okay." I told her as honest as I could. she just smiled and said thank you. I helped her down on the floor and she got under the blankets. the only ones left in the room were me, Taylor, Olivia, Cameron, Blake and obviously destiny. it really hurt me seeing her like this. she was facing me grabbing onto my shirt. which was kinda weird. "why are you holding on so tight?" I asked nervous to hear an answer. "because I don't want to lose you too. I already lost my memory so everyone tells me and I don't want to lose anything else." she said tired. "listen, you won't lose me or anyone or anything else. we're all here to help you with this. yeah it will take months to regain memory but that's okay." I spoke. she nodded and went to sleep. I couldn't sleep. she had a death grip on me and she was afraid of losing me. I'm one of her bestfriends. I won't lose her again. then I felt my phone buzz. I got it out and it was a text from Gilinsky.

G: hey. so is destiny staying with us, Cameron, Blake or her dad.

J: probably us or Cameron. she's afraid of losing any of us. she has a death grip on my shirt right now. im just going to let her chose in the morning.

G: alright. did you tell her we won't leave?

J: yeah. just don't worry. she's with me she won't go anywhere.

and I left the conversation at that. he didn't text me asking how she was. after a few minutes she started to wake up. it was 5 in the morning. she started yelling a little and moving around a lot. I shook her till she woke up. "hey jack I think I remember something. um it was in a bad dream I was having." she said. "what is it?" I asked kinda excited to hear it. "um that Cameron guy, he was by me screaming my name and he kept saying 'stay with me destiny please. I need you' and then he disappeared. and I was devastated." she said quietly and kinda weird to say it. but that's what happened after the crash..! she remembered something. the only tine she remembers is in her sleep! oh my god I have to wake Cameron up. "oh my god! you remembered something. that was right after the crash. wow." I said or kinda yelled. "well, can you help me up? I have to go to the um ladies room." she asked still shy. I helped her up and she was going to holler when she was done. i ran over to Cameron and shook him. "wake the fuck up. destiny had a dream about you." I said. his eyes shot open when he heard that. "she said that you were screaming to stay with you and then you disappeared. and she was devastated. she's remembered Cameron." I said all happy but sad. "jack im done!" destiny yelled from the bathroom. i ran over there and helped her. she wanted to lay next to Taylor so I shook Taylor and he scooted over a little. she got in bed and did the same thing. she gripped onto his shirt. a little smile appeared on his face and she was asleep before I had time to get Cameron up. me and cam walked out into the hall and he looked kinda happy. "she remembered." was all he mumbled. he gave me the biggest hug and started crying. then we heard someone come out of the room. destiny was in her wheel chair and pushed herself out here. "here let me help you with that." I said and went behind her and pushed her to cameron. we sat there talking then destiny said something I thought she'd never ask. "um, can I stay with you two till I can remember some stuff. I-I feel more comfortable when you two are around and when the other one is. jack I think it is." she said. "yeah, I'll get my stuff and we can go to your house to get your stuff when Taylor gets released." I said. "about Taylor, um doesn't he live in Indiana though?" she asked. I looked at Cameron and we were in shock. no one told her he lived in Indiana. he moved to California. "not anymore. he moved to California the same day you did. but we are in Indiana right now. we stay with him at his parents house. they let Taylor have the house." I said nervously. she just smiled and said okay. after that she kept going on about things she wanted to know. we told her everything she wanted to know. she obviously won't remember tomorrow but it's worth a shot. while we were talking, Taylor hollered for us. we went in there and he said he was lonely and couldn't fall asleep. I mean who could blame him.
his bestfriends and him got in a crash and one of them has amnesia. "you guys need to wear name tags. I need to know names." she said laughing. "we'll try to do that." I said laughing. then everyone else woke up or well Olivia and Blake woke up and started talking to us. we laughed and she tried to remember it was upsetting to see her try. cause we know so much about her and she knows nothing about us....

~three days later~

so it's been almost a week since the wreck and destiny still doesn't remember anything. she forgot some of our names but good news is that we can go home today.
"jack?" destiny asked. me and Gilinsky looked at her and said yeah at the same time. "um the blonde jack." she said laughing. "can I get a shower as soon as we get home?" she asked. "yeah. let me finish these papers and we can leave. an is it alright if Taylor's in the back with you?" I asked hoping it'd be alright. "yeah um that's fine." she said looking around. she forgot who Taylor was. great. so I finished Taylor's paperwork and we got him in a wheel chair and destiny in one as well. we got to the car and we get them in. the hospital gave us wheel chairs for them and we put them in the trunk. finally we were on out way to Destinys moms. "I'm scared to go here." she said. "I'll go in and get your stuff. and I'll explain things to your mom." Gilinsky told her. she smiled and said thanks. when we got there he went in to get her clothes and talk to her mom. she didn't feel right I guess. finally he came out twenty minutes later and put clothes in the trunk and got in the car. after another three hours, we arrived at Taylor's.

i guess this was an okay chapter. not the best but oh well.
so Blake will still be in the book. Jack Johnson will have a break down. so you'll have to wait and see!
