Chapter 38 : Boys Talk

Katie's father, Brett and Jimmy just led me outside . I suppose this is the talk Katie was warning me about . He takes me to this barn .. Creative . Once inside I see it's a tool shed, great possible ways to kill me .

"So Ross .." Katie's father, Ken, starts .

"Tell us about yourself ." He finishes .

"What do you wanna know ? " Just stay calm I mentally tell myself .

"Let's start with your family . " Jimmy stats .

Why is he even here ? I swear I'll kill him if he likes my girl .

"Well . I have a lot of siblings . Riker's the oldest, then Rydel, then Rocky, then me, then Ryland's the youngest . " I say .

"Big family . Me too ." Brett says .

"Your famous I hear . Disney star .. Lead singer of a band ." Jimmy stares me down .

"Yeah . Your point ?" I hiss .

"Seems a little bad boyish ." He shrugs .

Ken and Brett are holding in laughs .

"You would think wouldn't you . Well, I'm not ." I snap .

"Chill bro ."

I shrug .

"You seem cool . Just don't hurt my little girl . "

"I would never sir ." I honestly say .

"Alright . And it's Ken kid ." He winks .

"Ken ." I correct myself .

Jimmy doesn't seem to like me much . He looks at me like I'm a piece of meat .

"So how long has it been with you two ?" Jimmy asks .

"8 months on the 4th ." "How long have y'all known each other ?" I ask him .

"Birth ." He rocks back and forth .

Wow .. Maybe that's why he's here .

After a while Ken and Brett start talking about trucks and jeeps, now don't get me wrong I love cars just airplanes more . I give my opinion here and there but soon me and Jimmy just leave . He takes me on there trail .

"Bro, don't hurt her. I'm serious . " He flips his blonde hair similar to mine .

"I won't but can I ask you something .?"

"Sure ."

"Did you ever go out with .."

"No." He cuts me off.

"So if you hurt her, we are gonna have some problems . " He adds

"Well . You don't have to worry about that . I love her too much for that ." I blush .

"Good " He says in all seriousness .

We walk back to the house and Katie is talking to all the girls in the living room .

"Oh here comes the cutie himself ." Destinie smirks .

Wait .. They were talking about me . Katie's blushing .

"What are y'all talking about beautiful .?" I ask Katie kissing her forehead .

Katie blushes . Her family 'aww' .

"You ." She admits .
