Chapter 97: Driving There

"Ross, babe, where are we going ?" I asks probably for the 100th time .

"You'll see soon ." He chuckles . He places a hand on my thigh while still watching the road .

Ross and I left the fair ground 35 minutes ago and have been driving since we left . We've even drove into Atlanta . I have absolutely no clue where we're going and Ross refuses to tell me anything .

The whole car ride was silent . Ross has barley spoken . In fact he seems jittery and nervous . Ross is never nervous . I contemplate on whether to ask what's wrong . My mind battles for a few moments before I finally give in and ask .

"Ross, why are you so nervous ?"

"Im not nervous . What makes you think I'm nervous .?" He removes his hand .

"Well for one, your voice always goes high when your nervous . And two, because your acting like you are and three, I've dated you for 2 years babe, I know your emotions . " I count .

"You'll know soon enough . " He admits .

I sigh and just drop the conversation .

"Don't be mad ." He orders .

"I'm not ." I grumble .

"I've dated you for 2 years babe, I know your emotions ." He glances at me while he mocks me .

I bust out into giggles. Soon, too soon, the car goes back into silence .

"Well, if I can't know where we are going, can I at least sleep ?"

"Sure baby girl ."

I reposition myself against the window .

"Here, use this for a pillow ." Ross says handing me his favorite jacket .

Which is also mine .! It's his Hollister one . I love when I hug him when he's wearing this, it makes me not want to let go even more . The jacket is a coral, peach color and it always smells like Ross .

"Can I wear it tonight ?" I blush .

I've wrong his jacket before but I've never kept one . I always thought it'd be weird .

"Baby, you know that's my favorite jacket .." He states.

I frown and looked down at my lap .

"But . Of course you came wear it tonight ." He adds .

I pop my head up . I lean over to his side of the car a kiss his cheek quickly .

"Thank you ."

"It's not problem, princess ." He shrugs.

I zip up the jacket around me . It's not as big as I thought it'd be but of course Ross isn't huge . He has muscles however he is slightly bigger and tougher then me.

I turn in the radio before settling back down . I listen to music to sleep . R5 comes on . I glance at a smiling Ross . Ross always smiles when R5 comes on the radio, he feels accomplished . He feels like they've made it and they have . The first song that ever came on the radio by them was 'Pass Me By' just a few months after the released their firs album. R5 is currently working on a new album, 'Loudest ' . They want to make the album amazing for the R5family .

Shortly, after the song is over, I feel myself falling asleep .

\ROSS P.O.V/

Everything is running on time . Thank God ! We are close to the location . Katie just feel asleep . She looks so peaceful when she sleeps and so adorable in my jacket . I should let her wear it all the time .

I must admit I'm nervous . I've never asked somebody this, ever . Maybe I'm taking this a huge step. This is a big commitment . Is Katie ready ? Am I ready? Are we ready ?

I drive a few more minutes and pull into the parking lot .

I look over at my amazing, beautiful, girlfriend .

"Wake up ." I shake her gently .

Her big blue eyes flutter open . She sits up p, and rubs her eyes softly .

"We're here, sleeping beauty ."
