Chapter 40 : 8 months

Today's the 4th of November . Ross and I's 8 months . To get y'all caught up Ross told me what the boys told him and I awkwardly told him what the girls told me . It took him 30 minutes to stop laughing . Yeah, serious case of his cute little giggles . But, how did he get off so easy ?

Anyway Ross and I are going to a whole bunch of Haunted Houses for out 8 months . Today and tomorrow . He's gonna be so scared . Ross doesn't do well with scary things .

We matched again . Or well like always . Tonight color .. Orange .

First we are going to a pumpkin patch called 'Fear the Woods ' . It has zombie paintball, a haunted trail, a haunted barn, picture booths, and pumpkin patches .

When we get there we year people laughing, screaming , and running . Running from all the scary things that got going on out her . Ross sees a made over Jason and grabs my hand . I intertwine our fingers .

I look up at him and mentally laugh at him .

"What ? I don't wanna you being scared . I'm you boyfriend, I'm suppose to protect my girl ." He tries to play off .

"Heheh ." This evil clown baby laughs .

Now, I scream because I simply hate clowns but Ross screams and runs around like a chicken with his head cut off . I bust into laughter .

I walk over to a zombie demon looking thing . "Excuse me will you help me scare my boyfriend ?"

"How ?" He mumbles .

"You chase me with that knife and I'll fall and scream for help ." "Up for it" I add .

He nods .

"Go." I direct . I start running and screaming . I see Ross and 'fall' on my face . By the time I look up the demon is standing over me .

"ROSS ! ROSS HELP !" I scream .

Ross runs over there and I play dead .

"What did you do to her !" He screams at the demon .

"Boo !" I hop up . He screams . Victory is mine .

"Babe! Are you okay ?" He panics .

"Yes , baby , It was just a prank ." I laugh .

"Don't do that ! You scared me !"

"That was the point. At least I know you care ." I giggle .

"What you didn't before ?"

"No I did . Always have ." I confirm .

He kisses me .

"Let's go in the barn ." He grabs my hand .

"You sure ." I mock .

"Yeah . I'm not scared ." He buffs his chest out .

Oh, but he was . He, well we screamed our heads off . One point during the path there was this suffocating room . You had to squeeze through big black airtight tubes . I couldn't breathe . Ross and I somehow got separated during this . But he found me . Thank God . Then, we went to the Zombie Paintball . It was were you sit on a trailer and go through this trail were you can shoot a zombie with a paint ball . Finally we walked on the haunted trail . The trail wasn't as scary as the barn considering it was afternoon but it worked, they made it dark enough . After we finished everything and took some picture Ross and I wanted to do the attraction 'Buried Alive' . Basically, you get in a coffin and it shakes you for 3 minutes but people can watch your reaction from the outside by a camera in the coffin . The so called ride was $5 each so Ross paid . He went first while I watched from the video camera . He doesn't look scared until after the coffin shakes then he just looks in panic . The lady that set the ride up always brings a different scary person to scare them in the coffin Ross happened to get the zombie demon , he screamed so loud . He finished though . The comes my turn . I'm not scared by it until the lady bring the scary thing ... The baby clown . Great, I hate those creepy clowns . Not like circus clowns but those Halloween clowns . The rest of the ride I'm fine . The story line is the person in the coffin is dead and two grave diggers take you to the graveyard and you hear the conversation . It was pretty fun. Finally we did all the activities in the small park .

"Did you have fun ?" I turn around to Ross .

"Yes ." He drags out the s a little .

"Did you get scared ?" I pull him close .

"Mhm ." He looks at my lips then bits his own .

He leans in and I close the space in between . We were just about to get in the car until this , yes cliché , magical kiss .

"Where to next ?" I ask . Hugging him .

He looks down at me . "Dinner then Netherworld with our family ." He spins me .

"Our ? " I question . Because honestly I'm confused .

"Yeah, they'll be my family sooner or later, when we get married ." He winks . Damn, this boy is good . And sweet . And cute .

"We're getting married ?" I smile . "I don't remember the proposal ." I add .

"It'll happen sooner or later ." He hints . He pulls me in the car . Well, truck . Brett let him borrow it because Ross loved the truck but Brett's gonna kill him if he wrecked it .

Ross and I pull into Olive Garden . And guess what happens, Ross gets noticed . Perfect . I understand completely, it's his job, his life and he can't help it. So I can't really say anything . It'll happen to me soon . Plus, you get use to it after a while . We order and eat quickly . Ross makes a lot of jokes like usual because he is Ross Lynch . That's what he does . We head to the car and leave with full stomachs . We are on the way to Netherworld when Ross gets a phone call .

I listen in on his conversation .

"Hey ."

"Yeah we're on the way "

"K . See you in a sec . "

And he hangs up . I'm really confused . Ross looks over at me .

"Brett ." He answers my thoughts .

I smile and play some music , I travel to my R5 playlist on my iPod and hit play . Ross smiles and starts singing all his solos .

"Can I sing Rydel's part ?" I ask Ross .

He looks at me , "Of course you can babe, she won't mind ." He smiles .

Ross sings his lines and I sing Rydel', and we leave Rocky, Riker, and Ellington' part to the radio .

We sing songs like it's an actual concert . Ross smiles .

"You must of forgotten I was an R5 fan before we dated and I did met y'all at y'all's concert ." I laugh .

"That was a while . But how could I forget . It was the first day I laid my eyes of you . " He kindly says that makes my heart melt .

"8 months later of smiles, butterflies, sparks and fireworks . "

He remembers . We use to always say that .

He nods vigorously . I love him .

"I love you ." He says firmly .

"I love you !" I teary eye say .

Then we pull into Netherworld .
