Real

I see happy as a six letter word
More than it is
Happier than I am
For me,
Happiness is described by
Friends
Family
Food
Books
Music
Art
And so many other things
We don't realize what
The synonyms of happiness are
Because we focus so much
On what makes us upset
Don't go overboard with happiness
But don't wallow in pain
See the silver lining the rainclouds
Find the rainbows when there isn't any sunshine
Look for the smiles in a sea of tears
Realize that there are laughs in between sobs
Discover the memories that go with the scars
Know you're going to be okay when darkness seems permanent
Because there's so much that's real
That you need to see
