"He was so cute and funny, you guys don't understand!" I groaned to my friends, as I told them all about Chris, as we sat in my living room. It had been a week since I had met him at the bar and we had kept in contact only though text until last night when he asked me on a date.

"Enough about guys that aren't as good as me!" Keaton announced "Coachella is this weekend."

Excitement erupted throughout the room. A few months ago Keaton's dads friend was able to get us coachella tickets at a discount. Since Jeremy threw lumps of a cash at us often, along with college tuitions, he was paying for our coachella tickets. At least the man was good for something.

"Shut up! I didn't even tell my mom!" I gasped, as I was pulled into a group hug. My friends jumped up and down with excitement, while my mind raced. Would my mom let me go? With all the stress of school I had completely forgotten to ask her.

"I'm still invited?" Alec suddenly popped out of nowhere and sat on the couch. What a creeper. He ruffled his hair and smirked at me causing me to roll my eyes.

"Of course you silly goose." Keaton tapped him on the arm. Alec furrowed his eyebrows and gave Keaton a strange smile before flicking his eyes over to me and smirking. I furrowed my brows at him.

"Are you sure you want to, someone might post a picture and the jocks might see." I smirked at Alec from the couch opposite him.

Alec rolled his eyes "Shut up Eliza, that's not what you said when you were drunk." He smirked.

I didn't know what he meant by that so I just ignored him "I'll shut up when you admit that you're embarrassed by us!"

"I'm not embarrassed oh my god!" He drawled out standing up to his feet and giving me a dirty look before storming into the kitchen. I couldn't help letting out a laugh.

It was silent for a moment before my mom came hopping down the stairs, Lisa had been staying in her room drinking ever since Alec put her there.

"What's going on?" My mom asked seeing us all in living room.

Will my stomach churned with butterflies, I broke the news to my mom. I squeezed her hand and jumped up and down begging her to let me go.

My mom widened her eyes at my excited state and nodded her head slowly "Alec is going, right?" She confirmed, glancing over to him.

I rolled my eyes "Yeah."

"Ok then I'm fine with it."

Screaming in excitement, I hugged my mom.

On Thursday the day before we were setting off to coachella, the day of my date with Chris, I was finishing off packing when all of a sudden all my friends burst into my room in excitement.

"Coach-Ella! Coach-ella! Coach-ella!" Keaton chanted while pumping his fists into the air. Why are we so basic? Alec stood at the doorway resting against the frame chuckling quietly at Keaton, I rolled my eyes.

"Hurry up slow coach...ella, we set off tomorrow at 12!" Keaton grabbed my arms and shook me to emphasise his words. Rolling my eyes I chuckled throwing my last outfit into my bag "I'm done!" I exclaimed throwing my arms in the air. Keaton grabbed hold of me and squeezed me "We're going to coachella baby!"

After finally prying Keaton off me I looked at the rest of my friends in confusion "What are you guys doing here, I have a date in..." I picked up my phone and looked at the time "Half an hour oh my god." I yelled running to my wardrobe and pulling out the outfit I had chosen to wear.

"NOBODY LOOK!" I shouted before stripping out of my clothes and putting on the red simple body con dress that I had bought last week. What can I say, I like body con dresses. "I'm done." I announced as I slipped on some black sandals seeing everyone uncover their eyes.

"What date?" Alec suddenly asked from the door way. Olivia smiled at me in a taunting way "She's going on a date with Chrissss." She sang winking at me. Alec nodded and with a stiff look and flicked his eyes around the room.

I chatted to my friend as I applied my makeup and did my hair, before kicking them out 10 minutes before Chris said he would pick me up. Keaton pouted as he strolled out the door, then pecked my head as he passed causing me to smile.

My phone chimed when Chris arrived, I grabbed it placing it into my purse and made my way down the stairs.

"Bye mom."

"Remember he's a jerk." Alec told me as I left the house. "Like you." I shouted back slamming the door.

I stepped into Chris's black Mercedes in shock. "Hey pretty lady, are you ready to go?" He tapped my thigh causing me to blush.

I laughed as Chris told me the story of when he and his friends snuck into school at night, because he left his phone there. The crazy things me and my friends did seemed weak in comparison to him and his friends.

"The next morning the principle demanded to know who broke into school, she said she'd punish us all if nobody stepped forward but she never found out!" Chris chuckled taking a bite out of his steak.

Giggling I shook my head "Oh my god! You guys are crazy." Chris shrugged knowingly.

"So what about you and your friends, what's the craziest thing you've ever done?" He urged placing his palm over mine. I looked to the side in thought while taking a sip of my water. "Um, we're not as crazy as you and your friends," I chuckled placing the glass down "I guess, the craziest thing we ever did was when we locked out selves in the library during first period so we didn't have to go to lesson."

Chris laughed throwing his head back "Did you get suspended?" I shook my head giggling. His brows rose in shock "Damn, how the hell did you get away with that?" I shrugged swallowing a piece of chicken "I guess the teachers liked us." Chris's nodded "Oh!" He tiled his head to the side while his eyes flickered up and down my body "So you're a smart girl." I rolled my eyes and let out a laugh "I guess."

"Thank you so much for tonight, I had a great time." I told Chris as he walked me to my door. "Me too," he replied as we stopped in front of my door "so I'll see you after coachella?" He asked taking a step towards me and looking down at my lips. Biting my lip I nodded trying to contain my blush. He smiled a beautiful smile and grabbed my waist "Good." He told me before pulling me into a kiss.

The door flung open and I let out a gasp seeing Alec who looked at me and Chris in surprise. "I'm, uh, going on a run." He mumbled awkwardly, I noticed that he was shirtless and widened my eyes in shock. Alec nodded awkwardly before pushing past us and running off down the street.

"Um, well bye." I said to Chris after taking my eyes away from Alec.

"See you soon pretty lady." He chuckled before making his way out the garden
