Whistling Woman

Lorraine was whistling some songs while she was cooking breakfast. She was an excellent whistler. Her cat loved the sound of her whistling. She meowed and purred.

"You really love my whistling huh, Chocolate?" asked Lorraine.

Chocolate meowed and purred. She was a happy cat.

Lorraine continued whistling while flipping the pancakes. She loved pancakes so much. She loved to put syrup and butter on her pancakes. The pancakes were done. She ate them and fed Chocolate.

After she was done, she washed the dishes. She had the water running in the sink. The phone rang and she answered it. It was her friend Travis.

"Good morning, Lorraine!" said Travis!

"Good morning, Travis!" said Lorraine cheerfully. "What's cooking?"

"Nothing really," said Travis. "Want to go to Burger King for lunch later?"

"Yeah sure!" said Lorraine. "You know I am a fan of Burger King. Their fries are way better than the ones at McDonald's."

"Yeah!" said Travis.

Chocolate meowed worriedly trying to get Lorraine's attention.

"What is it, Chocolate?" asked Lorraine. And it was at that moment that the sink was overflowing with soapy water! Lorraine forgot to shut the water off! The soapy water was making its way to the floor.

"I'll call you back, Travis!" said Lorraine panicking. And she quickly shut off the water before the kitchen became flooded with soapy water. Lorraine started to laugh at her mistake. She cleaned up the soapy water.

Then she called Travis back. "Hi sorry about that!" she said chuckling.

"What happened?" asked Travis concerned.

"I accidentally left the water running in the kitchen sink!" laughed Lorraine.

"You doofus!" laughed Travis.

"I know I know!" said Lorraine. "So yeah. Burger King sounds good."

"Okay!" said Travis. "See ya soon!"  :)

"Later, dude!" said Lorraine. And after hanging up, she whistled yet again. She was whistling the song Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley. She loved that song so much.

It was now lunchtime and Lorraine drove to Burger King to meet up with Travis. Her neighbor and friend Ruth watched Chocolate while she was out. Lorraine was whistling while she was driving. She was now whistling the song When I Think Of You by Janet Jackson.

Lorraine arrived at Burger King saw that Travis was waiting for her. They were in line getting food. Lorraine ordered two Whopper Jrs with cheese and no onions, fries, and chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce and a large strawberry shake, and Travis ordered two Original Chicken Sandwiches, a large Coke, and a Hershey pie for dessert. They sat down once they got their food.
