Chapter 40: Their Fate

Kylo's POV ~ ~

I handed her my lightsaber.  She shut it off and smiled at me. " Ben. " She said. Once she said that I was flying across the room.  I hit a wall and went black.

As I slowly regained consciousness I saw Snoke crushing the life out of Rey.

"Rey." I whispered as I reach my hand out. I could barely move. I slowly started to push myself up and worm my way towards her. She collapsed to the floor. I ran and jumped in front of her.

"You will not hurt her." Snoke stopped. I turned and looked at Rey. She's unconscious. 

"Your battle is one that will be lost Kylo Ren. I taught you everything you know."

"Not everything." I said thinking of Luke.

"You think your 8 years with Skywalker is experience against me?"

I closed my eyes, feeling the force. Just as Luke told me to do. Just feel the force. My destiny. What I need to do. My strength. I felt this strength flow through me.

I opened my eyes to a scared Snoke. I raised my hand and made my saber come to it. I ignited it. Snoke took his old saber into his hands.  It lit up. I stood still waiting for his move. It came. I met his saber with mine.

"You think you can defeat me?"

"If it is my destiny."

"You form your destiny." We continues saber to saber every move. He backed up. Circling around me. He swung at me from my right. I knew his move. He came at me. I moved and swung my saber towards his side.

He fell.

"Kylo Ren. There is still a chance ti complete your destiny. Rule the first order." His head fell to the right. He's dead. I did it. I won.

Explosions shook the room around me. The ceiling started to crack. The Resistance.  They're here. I breathed in and closed my eyes. 

"Rey."
