I woke up on Harry's bed with a hell of a headache.
Then I remembered.
Amy knocked me over the head and I passed out.
My eyes flashed red when I remembered how she never spoke, never said a word to me about anything, and out of the blue, she knocks me out.
"Harry?"
Harry walked in awkwardly and sat at the edge if the bed smiling.
"Why are you so happy?"
"Because you're awake." Harry laughed when I playfully punched his arm.
There was a knock on the door.
Harry opened it using his telekinesis. I totally forgot about that power.
Liam walked in quietly and smiled kindly when he saw me.
"Good afternoon sleeping beauty." Liam smiled widely.
"Where's Aly?"
"She's waiting outside." Liam said.
I went to stand up, hare grabbed my arm and pulled me back down. I looked at him confused.
He ignored my stare and looked at Liam, "do we need to go now?"
Liam nodded and slowly walked out if the room.
Harry took my hand.
"Where are we going?"
Harry paused and looked at me, "the council wants to see you."
I took a shower and threw on a grey and black hoodie, black skinny jeans, and leopard print vans Alex bought and delivered by the front door yesterday. he was always dropping off clothes, shoes, and other stuff.

We arrived at an entrance to a different forest. I could hear the roaring of a waterfall nearby along with the sweet chirps of birds scattering across the dense tree tops. this forest was different. no snow, it looked like the Amazon after a heavy storm. everything was wet from rain.
Harry took my hand and we walked along a stone hiking path in silence.
We arrived to a huge amount of vampires all scattered along trees and huge rocks. almost as if they belonged there.
Hundreds of pairs of eyes were all on me as Harry let go of my hand.
A strange man glided across the ground and stopped in front of me.
He was taller than anyone I've ever seen before. he had striking red hair that was done up perfectly, his eyes were glowing red to match his hair. he had freckles all over his face and a huge scar going from his left eyebrow to the corner of his mouth. He was very muscular, but seemed too weak to stand a punch. his posture was that of royalty.
He peered down into my eyes and I peered up into his.
I felt my eyes go from gold to light blue and my body tensioned up.
He opened his mouth as if to say something, but nothing came out.
Instead he grabbed my hand and led me to a fallen tree. he mentioned me to sit and I did.
I looked around to see every eye was still on me. Whenever I looked into someone else's eyes, they just looked away.
"Please, can I have all members of council to join me on the bench." the red haired man spoke in a deep raspy voice.
Twelve vampires with piercing red eyes stood up and walked in a line until they got to a huge fallen tree and they sat next to each other in front of the huge crowd.
"We are here today to discuss that outlaw that has risen." the red head spoke.
He held his hand out for me to grab and looked at me. I stood up and took his hand. he turned me to face the crowd and I scanned every face, I say Harry leaning against a tree in the back and I gave him a kind smile, which he returned with a smirk and a kissing face.
He turned me back around and smiled.
"What can you do?" he asked looking into the crowd.
I turned back around and saw that everyone's gaze what in amazement. I haven't even said anything and they're staring in awe.
"Show us." he spoke again.
I closed my eyes and opened them again. I could feel than start to flash all colours and colour combinations possible. it was like a strobe light, constantly changing and flashing.
I watched as everyone's mouths dropped open and they stared in shock.
Talk about life of the party.
I turned around to show the rest of the council my eyes.
The red haired man just stared.
"What else?" he asked.
"Well, I can change what power I want, I'm stronger than any other, and I can't die the same way you can."
"Any power?" a man from the crowd asked.
"Any power."
"Show us." a woman demanded from the bench of council members.
I closed my eyes again and began reading minds.
I pointed to the guy in the crowd, "you're wondering if I can actually read minds, the answer is yes." I heard a shockwave of laughter from the crowd.
I opened my hand and a small ball of fire erupted in my hand, it turned blue and faded away.
I held my hands out and droplets of water scurried from the trees and gathered in a ball on my fingertips. I let the water fall as I closed my eyes again.
"Where'd she go?" a panicked man from the audience stood up.
I slowly walked towards him without giving any notice I was there, and I started playing with the strings on his hoodie.
I re-appeared right in front of the man and he screamed like a girl. making me, along with everyone else, burst out in laughter.
They all clapped as I walked back toy spot.
The red haired man stood up and took my hand and held it tightly.
"Tell us your name." he demanded.
"Yasmaine, but you can call my yazzie."
"Welcome to the council." his voice echoed through the trees and everyone cheered.

On the way home, Harry and I walked hand in hand with a group of vampires, one being the red haired man.
They left us alone after a short period of time and Harry started a conversation as we reached the door.
"You did good today." Harry smiled, but it soon faded away.
"What's wrong?"
"They told me that they wanted to do some tests on you." Harry's face dropped.
"Tests."
