chapter 33 - trust

immediately after I told him who was the husband/father in my dream andrea and jc walked in and not much longer so did adam and nick. Andrea and I started to set out the food while the guys all sat around talking about some sports game that was on.

"Woah there nice hickey" andrea said staring at my neck

"Omg is it noticeable" I said covering it with my hand, I had forgotten all about it.

"Omg it's huge" I said looking in the hallway mirror. "You did not have that earlier.." Andrea said "something go down when you were putting up decorations?" She asked loudly.

"shh. that's awkward if anyone hears" I said. "all I'm gonna say is we haven't done anything in a while and it was bound to happen sometime"

"ewww kodie did you do it in your parents house?" Andrea said shout-whispering.

"Ew no andrea. we just made out on the counter. and it was about to turn into more until you called. which I'm glad you did because it would've been horrible if anyone came home" I said laughing.

"What are you ladies talking about?" Jc asked walking in the kitchen.

"that ginormous hickey on kodie" andrea said.

I looked at her with a 'really?' face and awkwardly smiled at jc while throwing a fork in the sink

"Oh my gosh that thing is the size of your niece" he said staring at it and laughing.

"Guys stoppp" I said getting embarrassed.

"wassup the party's here" andreas brother said as he walked through the front door.

"Hey Austin" I said hugging him.

"Kodie, I haven't seen you in years" Austin said

Austin and I's relationship was weird. when Andy and I started getting close he was like a brother to me. and him and I got pretty close since he's only a year older. then when adam and I started having problems he was always there for me. long story short, one day he told me he'd caught feelings for me. and right after andrea walked in telling me she had to talk to me. she told me about adam kissing another girl and I immediately forgot about what Austin had said. I didn't remember until a week later at my graduation when we were talking. but it was already too late then, I had already got an apartment in LA. so we never really visited the subject again

the hug was going on long. a little too long.

"So Austin, this is my boyfriend kian." I said walking up to kian who was sipping on his drink.

"Austin, andreas brother" he said reaching out his hand.

"Kian." He said shaking Austin's hand.

"older?" kian asked.

"only by a year" andrea butted in.

I got a text from my mom saying they were 5 minutes away.

"They're five minutes away. let's all go to the door." I said

we all stood at the front door talking amongst ourselves.

"Hey, can we talk later. in private" Austin whispered combing his blonde hair back with his hand.

I nodded and smiled at him and looked to kian who looked overly jealous.

"So what's the story between you two? is he another guy you've hooked up with?" kian said.

I know he just said that out of jealousy but it still pissed me off.

"dick" I scoffed walking to the other side of the group next to andrea in the front.
