The boys decided to take us to get sushi at Pete's favorite restaurant in L.A., Nobu. "So do you all like sushi," he asked.

"Yeah," said everyone.

Pete looked at me. "Well, I'm from Miami," I said laughing as if that explained it all.

"Where are the rest of you from," prompted Andy. We went around the table introducing ourselves again.

"So your name is Reina? That's interesting," said Patrick.

"Yeah, it's Spanish for 'queen'."

"Are you Hispanic," asked Pete looking slightly confused. "I mean if you don't mind me asking," he added quickly.

"No no, not at all. I'm Cuban," I explained, "My dad is dark-skinned like me and my mother is lighter. I live with my mom though and I speak Spanish fluently."

"That's cool," commented Joe, "I can barely speak English properly."
