Robyn's POV
Wrapping my arms around his neck, I continued to kiss him.
I smiled into the kiss, I genuinely didn't want any of this to happen, it was my fault and I can honestly say he makes me really happy.
"Can I just tell you how happy I am that you forgave me?"
"Yes." He said waiting for me to spoil his ass.
"I'm joking, I believe you when you said you wanted this and shit if you were lying, then I fucked up but I don't care." He said looking into my eyes.
I felt myself blush, "I wasn't lying. Not even close. Not even a teeny tiny eeny bitty bi-"
"Good." He said not even laughing at my exaggeration, I guess because I really wasn't exaggerating. We were now nose to nose and he finally cracked a smile.
And with that I started to get really nervous. Why does he make me feel like this?
"Am I making you nervous?" He said but it just came out so sexy.
I look down at his lips as his tongue went over them lightly. I nibble on my bottom lip, "mhm" I whispered.
"Just a little." I said breaking my focus to look down at the floor.
It felt so weird to me, telling him he's making me nervous but it has a taste of intimacy to it and I don't want to stop.
"Why do I make you so nervous?" He asked in a low tone, making me look at him again.
"I-I uhm-" I let out a nervous laugh.
"Answer me." He said not in a rough tone but in the same low one.
"I-I don't know."
A small smile crept across his lips, "you're just doing this for your own entertainment." I said rolling my eyes laughing.
"I'm not I'm not, it's just really cute, I'm sorry." He said laughing, pulling me in for a nothing sweet kiss.
"How's work?" He asked. "Uhm it's going good I have more than enough songs ready but I'm just working on more, I'm not planning on dropping anything for a while" I said shrugging.
"I think we need to get you out of that studio again." He said smiling. "How about another date?"
"Most definitely. We have to! It was such a fun time." I told him happily making him smile and nod in agreement.
Instead of talking we started at each other and he pulled me in for another kiss.
This time it felt just a little different.
Better.
Like the both of us had nothing but each other on our minds, that's exactly what's happening.
Like we're moving forward together to get where we both want to be, that's what I believe is what's happening too.
Just keep in mind we aren't together rih we aren't together, I keep telling myself.
Chris's POV
Almost 12
After Robyn left I told her to FaceTime me when she's about to go to sleep but then we just carried a conversation for the longest.
"So basically I got my ass beat in the middle of Walmart."
Wiping a tear of laughter off her face, "oh my goodness!" Neither of of us could stop laughing.
Our stories probably wouldn't be this funny if it wasn't already midnight and we're both about to knock out.
"Okay this one time me and my older cousins were singing really loud in the living room and my mom was getting super mad telling us to be quiet and" she couldn't even finish the story because she was laughing too hard and of course that only made me laugh even harder.
"O-ok so she was going to kill us and we ran upstairs so fast I promise I've never ran like that before." She paused.
"But we were just laughing and laughing and locked my room door. We were safe but we still couldn't stop laughing. But then of course my mom" she stopped because she was laughing too hard. "Chris I cant say it! I'm gonna text you it!" She said covering her mouth from laughing.
fentfent:
she opened the door with a credit card"She opened it with a credit card" I said but then I started laughing too. "And we just started screaming so loud it was the scariest and funniest thing in the world."
Just thinking about it I was dying right along with her.
We told stories for the next hour until we couldn't any more. "Baby I have to go to sleep it's so late I have work tomorrow." She said moving the covers above her shoulder.
"Alright alright goodnight."
"What?"
"Goodnight baby."
She smiled and ended the call.
