Do You Mind
Finding out that the club was about 15 minutes away from my place, Robyn headed over to my house rather than taking an uber nearly an hour to hers while Mel went to Augusts.
I dragged my feet out of the bathroom, throwing on some ball shorts with no shirt and laid on my bed.
I still haven't talked to Robyn, August told the both of them the plan so I'm just waiting on her to show up.
I was worried up until now since they talked to August but she really couldn't reply?
It's bad enough she's with Mel.
Just a little upset.
I heard the doorbell ring and I went down stairs tiredly to answer.
I opened to see Robyn leaned against the door frame, she seemed present just a little tipsy.
I widened the door more to let her in.
"Hey baby!" She said, making me let out a laugh.
"Hey Rih." I told her, closing the door.
"What's wrong with you?" She questioned over her thick accent.
"Tired." I answered, not looking her and motioned for her to start going upstairs with me following right behind me.
"How was your night?" I asked as we entered the room.
"Really fun." She smirked, sitting on my chair to take off her heels.
"Hm." I hummed, "that's good."
"Seriously what's wrong?" She rolled her eyes.
"Nothin you just didn't answer my texts, I was worried." I told her half the reason.
"My phone passed away."
"Rest in peace." I told her.
She burst out laughing at my comment more than she should've with alcohol in her system but I stood with a straight face, it was funny but I'm still upset.
"Oh come on!" She sighed seeing that I was serious. "It's not that deep Chris." She said folding her arms.
"Well if that ain't good enough for you, I don't like you hanging around Mel." I admitted.
"What the fuck?" She asked giving me a confused look.
"Don't curse at me."
"I'm not, Chris." She rolled her eyes. "What the hell did Mel do to you?"
"She cheated with a whole other dude the other night and August saw." I said.
"You don't trust me now?"
"I do trust you but you know how I feel about that-"
"Okay so there's no problem." She shrugged after hearing that I do trust her.
"There is a problem. I don't like you being around her." I laughed out in bitterness. She ain't hear me?
"You just want me to drop her? That's my best friend Chris I'm not going to." She shook her head, not looking at me and taking a seat on my side of the bed.
