2 Months Later

"I don't know I just wanna talk to you right now." I sigh, speaking into my phone.

Today has been so damn long and I just want to get back home. I don't wanna give anyone else attention, I don't even wanna make any eye contact with anyone. I don't wanna speak to anyone else for the rest of the day. Except for one person.

It's only 11am and I'm already upset. Getting out of a 3 hour pointless meeting, I just wasted a few hours for no reason.

I shouldn't even be out of the house in this weather. A storm is coming around noon and it started raining about an hour ago. It's pretty dark out for this time of day, looks intimidating. But then again I had shit to do.

I'm hungry as hell, my head is banging, people speaking to me every 2 seconds getting on my nerves. I can't even explain it, just one of those days.

"Are you driving?" Robyn questions. "I just got to my car now, why?"

"I'll see you when you get home, baby. You know I don't like being on the phone and driving especially in this weather. Be careful I love you baby." She makes a kiss sound and shoos me off the phone. "Love you too, hun." I chuckle a little as she ends the call.

A few minutes of driving I rub my eyes and the big rain drops hit the windshield in front of me, getting a call from my assistant, I answer.

"Chris?" She instantly grabs my attention.

"Yes?"

"Uh I rang your doorbell, no one is answering but I have your medicine with me, do you want me to come back?" She asks. "I didn't know you were dropping it off today, I'm on my way home now can you-" I start off but I hear something in the background.

"Oh actually your wife answered the door, leave it with her?" She asks me. I hesitate an answer but, why not. "Yeah just leave it with her."

"Chris says to leave this with you." I can't hear Robyn's answer but I'm guessing she took it. "Okay Chris is that all you needed today? Anything else?"

"Yeah, go home and get out of this damn storm, Lani. Thank you for dropping it off though." I thank her. "Well alright. Talk to you later."

"Mhm, see ya." I hang up.

She just recently started working with me, Lani was never a big fan of me but she needed a job. She gets everything done on time and she doesn't try to work up a conversation that isn't her business so that's absolutely what I need to get side stuff done.

"Oh shit." I mumble seeing lightning in the far distance.

Getting home less than 45 minutes I struggle while typing in the passcode since I'm trying to rush. I hear the door unlock from inside and open, revealing Robyn wrapped in a blanket.

"Needed some help?" She steps out the way so I can walk in. "Mhm." I nod and put my umbrella on the small rack to dry off and take off my shoes, leaning on the wall.

"You okay?" She lets out a tiny laugh and I shake my head no still not looking in her eyes.

"What are you watching?" I walk over to the couch as she trails right behind me. "The Invitation. It's so confusing, I'm only like 15 minutes in I can rewind it if you want?" She suggests as I take a seat and she sits next to me.

"Yeah I'll watch it with you." I nod. I pull her legs onto my body gently and she removes the blanket from around her body and throws it over us both.

She cuddles up to me as the movie restarts. "I love you." I kiss her lips softly and she pushes her lips into me more. "I love you too, baby." She smiles and I kiss her cheek.

"Did you eat yet?" She asks me before the movie plays and I shake my head. "I'm hungry as hell."

"Oo we have some Chinese food from last night, you want some of that? Or you want to order something?" She asks excitedly remembering how good it was. "Leftovers sound good right now." I smile.

"I'll go heat it up I'll be right back." She uncovers herself from the blanket but I just go with her, wanting to be around my baby.

I wrap my arms around from behind her and she giggles cutely. "You're so adorable." Leaning down I peck her neck.

"I know this." She jokes. "Mhm." I mumble and close my eyes and my chin rests on her shoulder and she starts to walk. "Chris." She whines since I'm all over her.

"What's the problem? I just want to touch you." I engulf her in a tight hug and she pushes me off quickly. "Come on you can be all over me when we're done eating." She whines again making me laugh.

After setting the microwave for like two minutes, she walks over to me in the kitchens seat. "What do you want Rihanna?" I ask her purposely not calling her Robyn. "So funny." She forces a laugh. "Anyways what did you want to talk about?" She asks curiously and brings her hand up to caress my face.

"Nothing really. Wanted to talk about you to get my day off my mind." I shrug.

"Why was today so horrible for you baby?" She pouts. "I told you when you texted me earlier. It was just a long meet-" she cuts me off.

"Okay but what's really wrong? Was it just little things building up today?"

"I guess so." I nod not wanting to talk about it anymore but saved by the bell, the food is done. "Okay." She sighs a little and kisses my cheek then goes over to take the food out.

A part of me felt guilty for not telling the whole truth but it'll come up soon.

I miss Robyn when I put Chris's POV by then I miss Chris when I put Robyn's POV?????? And when I put both in the same chapter it looks cheap?????
