Robyn's POV.

"I don't want you to stay here if you can't. I'm in love with you enough to understand." Sadness fills his voice as he speaks, acknowledging that I'm awake.

I pull my legs off of his body and he sighs quietly.

Standing up to go to the bathroom, I need to leave the area for a few seconds. It was getting too overwhelming.

Looking in the mirror I begin to cry half as much as last night. Just silent cries. I can't take this heavy pressure on my chest anymore.

I'm overthinking it. I have to leave.

He was the love of my life. That's it.

"Chris." I say his name in a calm tone and wipe my tears.

He comes into the bathroom without saying a word. Im leaning on the sink with my eyes shut trying to stop the tears.

He snakes his arms around my body and holds my tightly. My tears immediately stop. I feel the urge to hold his hands that are on top of my stomach.

"Christopher..." I say, ready to just tell him.

He lets go of me and leans on the door frame with his head bowed as if he knows my answer.

"Happy anniversary." I tell him and he shoots his eyes up towards me in shock.

"I'll stay but you have to be patient with me okay? This is still a lot to deal with. So just work with me and I'll work with you." I tell him as he's listening to everything I'm saying.

He grabs my hands and pulls me into a tight warm hug. "I would do anything for you princess, I promise." I can hear the smile in his voice. He just reassured my worries.

"I know you would." I giggle and squeeze his frame. "I've never trusted someone as much as I trust you honestly." He says and places a kiss on my forehead the wraps me up again.

"I trust you with my life at this point." I joke but I'm being completely honest.

"I'm so happy God sent you my way. You're the best thing to ever happen to me. I know I've said it before but it's true." He tells me and I look up into his eyes. "Can't relate but thanks hun." I joke and he slaps my butt gently.

"You think that's funny?" He plays. "No, baby. You know I'm just joking." I sing. "Mhm I bet." He chuckles being a few inches away from my face.

"I needed to tell you that before our anniversary, It'd be wrong to have you stay just because we've just celebrated our relationship. I wanted your honest answer. I'm just sorry it was the day before but it was hard." He explains.

I blush at his words knowing he genuinely wants me to be happy no matter what.

I stand up on my tippy toes and pull him in for a kiss. Once our lips touch I feel myself get nervous. Goosebumps all over my body.

It was just a simple kiss but I needed it.

"You might be the only person in the world to care about me the way you do." I tell him truthfully- never have seen someone treat me like this.

"Well you are my wife. I'd hope I'm the main one treating you how you're meant to." He smiles with his eyes closed as if it's so obvious.

"Your wife?" I tilt my head a bit laughing. "Yes baby. Keep up." He rolls his eyes playfully. "And where's my ring?" I unwrap my arms from his neck to wiggle my fingers clearly showing no ring.

"You lost it already?" He asks. "Oh shut up." I slap his chest gently and we both burst out laughing. Wow!! I love my man.

"Soon baby, don't worry." He whispers in my ear and kisses the end of my jawline. I crack a smile faster than I should have.

"Today let's just do what we already had planned okay? We can skip reality for one day right?" He asks shrugging his shoulders.

Of course I wouldn't mind celebrating today still. We made up and that's still the man I've been with for this long.

"Absolutely. Sounds perfect." I smile feeling his lips kiss my cheek repeatedly. "I love you, happy anniversary my queen."

"Love you too, happy anniversary my king." I hold my chin in my palm and kiss it then up to his lips.

"Alright baby get out I have to pee." He unwraps his arms from my waist for the first time in about a half hour and I instantly miss them.

"No. I'm your wife I can stay in here all I want. Now go ahead." I wave him off and stay in the bathroom. I grab my tooth brush and look over Chris.

I giggle to myself wondering how he fits in me. He's huge.

Once we're both done in the bathroom he's ready to get the day starting.

"Alright uhm it's almost 10. We'll get there by..2:00 or 3:00." He thinks to himself as I sit on the bed not knowing what the hell he has up his sleeve but I'm waiting excitedly.

"Okay can you just tell me already." I grow impatient. "I'll tell you after you pack a bag for the night honey bun." He says and grabs a two duffle bags out of the closet. One empty I'm guessing mine.

"I don't even know what I'm packing for though." 

"Uhm grab an outfit to go to the club, a bathing suit, and one for a little fancy dinner." He thinks up.

"Big change of plans huh? Could've given me a heads up I thought we were doing everything here today babe." I stand up from the bed and head towards my closet since I already have specific outfits paired together.

"We'll be back tomorrow so you can make me dinner it's ok." He laughs knowing he was supposed to make dinner not me. "Yeah right."

"Alright tell me where we're going already!" I say stuffing everything into the bag in less than 10 minutes being used to last minute trips.

"Ready?" He grabs my bag from my hand so I don't have to carry it.

"Yessss." I say waiting for him to answer my question.

"Just a little five hour road trip. I know you mentioned you wanted to go on one but you always went for events and stuff. So now it's just the two of us." He smiles.

"Baby that's so sweet." I laugh. "Ah! I'm so excitedly now let's go." I cheese. "Wait where are we going?"

"You'll find out when we get there."

"Oh hell n-" I start but he laughs. "Vegas baby, I'm joking."

"Oh thank God it's not in Cali." I roll my eyes. "Thank you baby, thank you thank you thank you." I hug him and kiss his lips.

That's so sweet of him.

And I'll have him all to myself? All day? Sign me the hell up.

"No problem." He chuckles.

"We just need to get some munchies then we're off."
