Chapter 4

GARROTH'S POV

She's finally awake... I thought silently. But I never thought it'd feel this... Empty... She doesn't remember me or anyone for that matter. But she's still the same (Y/n).

I smiled softly and sat down in a chair next to (Y/n)'s bed.

But what if she's not the same? What if she decides she... Doesn't love me?

I shook my head. I was being ridiculous. (Y/n) loves me, and I love her.

But she doesn't remember anything... She might not remember her feelings for me... She's clueless.

I sighed. I looked over at (Y/n) who was now sleeping soundly. I smiled softly.

She was just as beautiful as the day I met her. Her now (h/c) hair spilled out onto her pillow, the ends fading into her previous silvery color.

I walked over and brushed a few bangs out of her eyes. I gently kissed her forehead. "The twins are going to be so happy that you're awake..." I murmured softly.

"They've missed you."

FINN'S POV

"Auntie Zoey, when is mama coming back?" I asked softly.

Aunt Zoey bit her lip in annoyance. I had asked her this question to many times. "I don't know little guy. She's on vacation, remember?" The same answer every time.

"She's been on vacation for a long time." I mumbled.

Aunt Zoey sighed. "I know Finn, I know. Where's your sister?"

I shrugged. "I don't know. She might be at Nekoette's house."

"Well, why don't you go over and play there with Dimitri? You know how he looks up to you."

I groaned. "Dimitri is annoying." I complained.

"Finn! He looks up to you and loves to play with you. Give him a chance." She scolded.

"I did last time!" I argued. "He was really annoying!"

"Fine. Well, at least go get your sister and bring her to your house. Your Dad should be off patrol by now."

"He usually comes and gets us though."

Aunt Zoey sighed. "Well then bring her back here. I have to have a talk with Lady Aphmau, alright? She's not coming out of her room again." She mumbled the last part.

"Well it's not our fault Uncle Aaron isn't here." I snapped.

She glared at me. "Finn Zander Ro'Meave! You should respect your uncle!"

"What?! It's not like he's here. He won't care."

Aunt Zoey huffed in annoyance.

I rolled my eyes before moodily walking to the door, dragging my feet along the way.

"Finn Ro'Meave..." She warned.

I huffed and picked up my feet, walking normally. "You're not my mother." I snapped at her again.

I shut the door behind me before she could reply.

I started walking before I heard Aunt Zoey let out a frustrated sigh.

I paused for a moment before walking back to the house and peeked through the window.

Aunt Zoey sighed. "(Y/n)... My Irene, I hope you wake up soon. Finn and Lia can't live like this, thinking your on vacation. They're going to drive me insane before you wake up. They only behave for your husband." She mumbled loudly to herself before heading upstairs to talk to Auntie Aphmau.

Who's (Y/n)? I asked myself. I thought and thought but I didn't know a (Y/n) that lived in PhoenixDrop.

I sighed before skipping to Nekoette's house.

I knocked on the door.

A few seconds later, Auntie Kawaii~Chan opened the door.

"Finn~Kun!" She hugged me tightly.

"Hi Auntie Kawaii-"

"Would Finn~Kun like some sweets?" She interrupted me.

I laughed. "Yeah!" I spaced out on why I came over in the first place.

I walked inside and immediately, a sweet smell of cake, cookies, and fruits filled my sense of smell.

"Smells really good!" I smiled politely.

She giggled. "Of course Finn~Kun! Lia~Chan and Nekkoete~Chan have been baking all day!"

I smiled.

My little sister was only girly when it came to baking and my little horsies.

I heard some giggles from the kitchen. I walked over to the kitchen, following Auntie Kawaii~Chan.

"Hi Lia!" I said with a grin on my face.

Lia turned around, frowning. "Go away Finn."

"Nope!" I popped the 'p' at her.

She scowled at me. "Finn!" She complained.

"Auntie Zoey says to come back to Auntie Aphmau's house."

Lia frowned. "Stop calling her auntie! Zoey~Sama is not our Aunt!"

I rolled my eyes, still grinning. "Yeah-huh! Everyone in PhoenixDrop is family! That's what Daddy said!"

Lia was quiet.

I know how much she loves Daddy.

Auntie Kawaii~Chan frowned. "Finn~Kun and Lia~Chan should go back to Aphmau~Senpai's house. Zoey~Sama and Garroth~Kun should be waiting. Kawaii~Chan will go get stuff to put the goodies that Lia~Chan and Nekoette~Chan made, in!" She left us after that.

"You don't have to come back right now." I said. "Auntie Zoey is kind of mad..."

Lia sighed. "What'd you do now?"

"Nothing! Much..."

Lia sighed. "Why? I'm younger but I'm the smarter one." She bragged.

I scowled. "Well, I have information about what Auntie Zoey is mad about."

Ophelia perked up at the mention of information. "Well, let's hear it."
