ZOEY'S POV
I watched in shock. "My Irene..." I said softly, not believing what I was seeing.
She looked at me. "Who's she?"
I regained my composure. "(Y/n)?" I said softly.
She nodded. "That's my name. I think." She gave a cheerful smile.
Garroth was grinning. "It wasn't a dream then." He sighed happily.
"Who are you?" She asked.
I frowned. "I didn't think I changed that much in 7 months."
Garroth shook his head. "It's not that. She lost all her memories. She was totally clueless who I was. She didn't even know her own name.
I looked at (Y/n). "Fascinating." I mumbled. "Sense she used to much of her power, it must have caused the overestimated amount of power as a generator for her-"
Garroth cleared his throat and I blushed lightly.
"I went all geek?"
"You went all geek." Garroth confirmed.
I sighed and walked over to (Y/n). "I'm Zoey. I'm currently taking care of your kids." I glared at Garroth.
He smiled sheepishly. "I was so excited she woke up! I forgot! Give me a break!"
I sighed. "Fine. I guess I understand." I turned back to (Y/n).
I grinned. "I am so happy your awake (Y/n)."
She smiled softly. "Me to... I guess." She giggled. "I don't remember anything, but so far everyone is super nice."
I smiled. "Who have you met so far?"
"Well, Andi, Laurence, Garroth, you, me, and the twins!"
My eyes widened. "When did the twins come see you?!"
She blushed sheepishly. "Well, they haven't visited, but I know about them."
I nodded. "That makes more sense." I turned to Garroth. "What are you going to do about the twins? They think she's on vacation for Irene's sake! When their mother comes back with absolutely no memory of them, what do you think they're going to do?!"
Garroth sighed. "I don't know..."
(Y/n) frowned. "Why didn't you tell them the truth Garroth?"
Garroth looked down, suddenly quiet. "I could barely handle the truth. I doubted that they would understand or be able to handle it."
I frowned. "Lia is very smart. She could have understood and help Finn understand."
He sighed. "That's not all though Zoey. Finn would take that like a low blow. You know how much he's a Mommy's boy."
I sighed. I could see what he was getting at. "Yeah."
(Y/n) bit her lip. "Finn's a mama's boy?"
I and Garroth laughed. "Very much so."
I turned to Garroth. "It's nice to hear you laugh again."
Garroth frowned. "What do you mean? I laugh."
"You didn't while (y/n) was asleep."
"Did to." Garroth mumbled childishly.
I laughed lightly. "Yeah, but it wasn't a real laugh. It was forced, and painful."
Garroth looked down. "Yeah but it was still a laugh." He looked up, smirking.
I rolled my eyes. "(Y/n), I have no idea why you married this dummy."
(Y/n) laughed. "I have no idea either."
Garroth stuck his tongue out at her playfully.
(Y/n) giggled like a little girl.
I sighed, shaking my head. "Never mind, I understand."
"Hey! What's that supposed to mean?"
I smiled playfully at her. "Nothin~"
She giggled again.
I smiled.
It was nice to have (Y/n) back.
