chapter seventeen

once i got home i put everything in my room. i put all my things away and decided to take my camera with me.

i start my camera and began my vlog. "hey guys so yes today is my birthday and i had to a little bit of damage." i laugh. "i did go shopping once again"

"so your probably wondering why are you alone? well my friends, my brother, and my boyfriends forgot it's my birthday. also i have no clue how kian can forget." i shrugged looking away from the camera.

"but i should show you guys what i got" i said. "crap i forget i put everything away" i laugh. "ill still show you guys. so i got a couple shirts from nike, and three pairs of shorts. then of course i went to Victoria secret and bought more shirts and sweaters plus leggings. then i went to urban outfitters and got shirts, shorts and jeans." i said.

"its seems like a lot its not" I chuckle. "well guys honestly i dont know what to do." i fake laugh. "you can say this is one boring birthday." i laugh.

"what time is it" i check my phone. "its only 6:30." i said. "to think i told my mom i was gonna be late tonight, nah im just gonna watch netflix and order pizza." I shrugged.

"sorry this is a boring vlog I promise ill do better ones but bye guys! see yah tomorrow!" i smile and cover the lens. I quickly edit and post it on YouTube.

i may have said quickly but it took two hours to edit it. so its 8 now and still nothing to do. i turn my tv on and put Netflix on. i picked bobs burger and started watching it. i soon get a bunch of messages and calls. I ignore them and continue watching tv.

*next morning*

i wake up to get ready, since the meet and greet is at 12 . i pick my black high waisted shorts with a white skin tight crop top. i put my white vans and sprayed my perfume and put on deodorant and lotion. then did my make up, once I finish its 11:45. i walk downstairs to see everyone sitting down.

i walk to the kitchen to get some coffee. "good morning" i said. "im so sorry how did i forget it was your birthday!" jack said. "nope it's perfectly fine." i said bluntly.

everyone hugs me and says sorry, i grab my keys and start driving to the mall. i get to mall before anyone got there, except the fans. i got out my cat but thats when everyone started yelling, which made the security guy look up and walked towards me. he blocked the fans, even i tried my best to say hi and take pictures.

i get in and sighed, i walk to my section were they are gonna meet me. the owner of the mall gave of us our own sections. soon i hear everyone coming in, they all look at me with guilt in their eyes.

i wait a few minutes so i got on instagram. i look at kians pictures, they had a party for him. i feel my eyes start to water, i got up and left my phone on the table. i went to bathroom and wiped the tears. i cant cry, my fan will see. i cant let them down.

i walk out the bathroom ignoring jack and kians questions. its finally time for the fans to come in, within a few minutes the whole place is full. jack kept looking at me but I ignored it.

"omg i can't believe im meeting you!" i girl said. "hi hun whats your name?" i smile signing her poster and shirt. "Amber!" she smiles, we take our picture and made a bunch of silly faces.

"happy birthday jenn although it was yesterday, i tweeted you but there was no chance you saw it." she sighed. "sorry babe i was a little tired yesterday but i will look at it tonight, but what's your name?" i asked.

"Lezley & my twitter name is lez.ley, just incase" she winked, i smile. we take our pictures and i signed her items.

after meeting everyone I decided to get something to drink. it's currently 3:45, i was pretty hungry. i walk back to my section grabbing my phone and purse and walking out. i see jack running towards me, i groan and roll my eyes.

"what jack?" i said. "were all going to jordyn's house we want you to go. please" he said. "why?" i said. "just come, dress nice although you always do but yeah" he said. i nodded and left.

*Jack's POV*

jenn thinks we forgot her birthday. but technically we didn't, we didn't say anything bc we were planning her party. she saw kians post but i'm guessing she didn't read the caption. it was a old picture of him at a party.

her mom told us what jenn was doing. of course i feel bad but we had to plan her party, your probably think why did you plan it last minute. well we had to get everything ready at jordyns house, we had to buy the things she liked everything like that.

this is jenn's first birthday without her dad, i want to make it special for her. kian has been helping, he asked his cousin from New York to find pictures of her and her family. kian also told me she hasnt seen her cousin since the funeral, so we asked if he can come.

we left the mall and went straight to jordyns house. once we get there, Dunkin Dounts was calling about her cake. so i drove there and got it. once i got it i drove back to her house. i get out and brought the cake in, jordyn takes it to the freezer.

cameron was gonna pick her up, since he wasnt doing anything. once everyone was done, they left to get ready. I went home to get dressed.

cameron texted me he was on his way to her house. i finished getting ready so i drove back to jordyns house. everyone was there already, which means her family will be coming any time now.

her family arrived, i texted cameron and he told he was on his way. i tell everyone to hide, i see the car lights pop up meaning they're here. cameron opens the door coming in first, then jenn.

"SURPRISE!!" we all yelled. i look to see jenn covering her mouth.
