chapter thirty six

my heart was broken. but i had to get over it. jack hurt me way to many times. all those times i have forgiven him.

i just don't know about now. he left me like i was a just a toy he was playing with and got tired of it. he didn't explain himself.

but anyways forget him. today is graduation day. im graduating. finally! yesterday i got my nails done and i dyed my hair again. i also had to pick up my dress at the mall.

"jenn!" kian yelled. "what!" i yelled back. "mom says she's gonna go to the store" he said. "okay! hey can you tell her to bring me starbucks? she knows what i like!" i yelled. but that's when he entered my room. he laughed and nodded.

he went to tell my mom and came back.

"kian i gotta get ready! go get ready" i said. "jenn all i have to do is shower and put my clothes on, i don't need 3 hours to get ready like you." he laughed. i rolled my eyes and walked to my makeup table.

kian shrugged and laid on my bed. while i was doing my makeup kians phone started ringing. i look through my mirror to see kian looking at me then at his phone.

"its jack." he said. i rolled my eyes and continued doing my makeup. kian answers, "what's up bro" kian said.

but then i decided to put my music on. once he's finished talking i was putting my highlight on. "he wanted to know how you are" he said. "he's been asking that every still since!" i said.

"he still loves you." he said. "as my brother you shouldn't be telling me this." i sighed. "i go get ready please" i said.

he sighed and nodded. since i had already showered earlier i started blow drying my hair and curling it. i added a braid in the back to make it look cute.

then i decided to put my dress on. i put it on and making sure to put lotion every where necessary. i then put my heels on. i had 30 minutes left.

i go down stairs making sure i have my purse and phone.

i see my mom ready and dressed and so was amber. i smiled, "i forgot you drink" she chuckled. "it's okay mom" i smile. kian came down all dressed up. so we decided to leave already, kian was the one driving.

i was in the front and mom was with amber in the back. i was taking pictures of myself and videos of all of us.

once we got there nerves started rushing through my body. i was shaking a little which made kian notice, so he came and hugged me. "it's okay sis we made it" he said.

we enter the venue. the guys were there and so was jack.

i hugged everyone and took pictures with them. the whole time i felt jack starring at me. i see matt by himself so i walked towards him and hugged him. "heyyyyy bestfriennddd" i smiled. "WOW YOU LOOK BEAUTIFUL" he chuckled. "why thank you, you look handsome. why is my bestfriend single?" i chuckled.

"these girls wont handle the mattchu" he smiled. i chuckled and took my picture with him.

after a while it was time for the ceremony. it was time they called us to get our certificate. i got my certificate before kian, and the guys. after that i had totally forgot jack had to read his speech today. i remember him reading it to me, thinking it was terrible.

it was finally his turn. "Hello Class of 2017! we made it this far! wow congrats guys!" he said. i knew he was nervous already. "well i would like to say i am very glad that i was picked to be the valedictorian for this years class. i would like to say thank you to all the teachers that had to deal with me and nonsense for all those years in high school. i know my senior i changed a lot. i started doing better in school, i focused on football, and changed as a person. all because of someone super special to me. although we are not in the best of times, i want to say thank you to Jenn Lawley, you have changed me for the good. I was the biggest Jerk before i met you. She was the reason why my grades started getting better, she was the one who changed my mindset, she got me better. She fixed me. but other then that, i am super proud of you class of 2017, you made it this far so CONGRATULATIONS!" he said smiling and looking at me.

i looked down, i wiped the little tears that escaped my eyes. everyone started cheering, they even threw there graduation hat in the air. kian gave me a huge hug and picked me up. "WE PASSED BITCHES!!" i heard matt yell.

i laugh and ran towards him. "WE DID IT!!" i said hugging him tightly. matt kissed my cheek and laughed. i hugged the other guys, until i saw jack alone. right when i was going to hug him, madison attacked him with a kiss. he saw my facial expression dropped and pushed her off.

but it was to late i had already left before he could get to me. i now know why he left me after what we did.

i called kian and told him i'm calling and uber. after i called my uber i went to wait in front. once it here, i saw jack running towards me from afar but it was to late i had already told the man to leave.

after the drive home, i went to my room. i laid down and just starred at the ceiling. then all of sudden i felt a pain in my stomach. i ran to the bathroom to throw up. i was crying i didn't know what was wrong.

after a while i was still throwing up. once it started stopping i got in the car and drove to the hospital. well i tried.

i called kian and told him i was going to the hospital. before he could question me i hung up.

once i got there i asked for a nurse bc the pain was still there. she brought me in to a room.

i waited for the doctor to come in. it was a lady, "Hi im Doctor Liz" she smiled. "hi i'm Jenn Lawley." i said. "so what's going on, i see your dressed up fancy." she smiled. "it was for my graduation" i sighed.

"oh hun what's wrong?" she said. "i don't know to much i guess. but i came bc when i went home i felt a pain in my stomach and i kept throwing up. i thought i was dying or something.." i sighed.

"oh dear, you know that, that can only mean your pregnant. have you been sexually active?" she said.

i nodded, but that's when i realized what she said. i look up to see jack.

"jenn your pregnant" she smiled. i stood up in shock. jack was in complete shock.

"c-can we j-just make sure?" i asked. she nodded, she told me to lay down and pick up my shirt. jack walked in to stand beside me. she put the cold jelly on my stomach and used the machine thing. ( im sorry but idk what its called A/N)

"yup, you are pregnant jenn!" she smiled again. i looked down at my stomach and slightly smiled.

"ill give you guys some space" she said wiping of the gel. once she left i stood up about to leave, but jack softly pulled me back.

"jenn we need to talk about this." he sighed. "jack what is there to talk about? we wanted this when were together. i understand were not together but this baby will need his/her father." i said walking away.

i see everyone outside. "so what's wrong?" kian asked. "im pregnant" i said.

"YOUR PREGNANT?" they said but i heard kian say, "WHEN DID YOU EVER HAVE SEX" then he looked at jack.

"YOU DID THIS! YOU PROBABLY KNEW SHE WAS GONNA GET PREGNANT THATS WHY YOU LEFT HER!" kian said pushing him.

" i didn't leave her bc of that! we wanted that before we had sex! we wanted to have a baby!" he yelled back. "i left bc my grandmother passed away that night. i couldn't let her stay alone at my house! i wanted her safe so i took her home! i wanted to explain! i never cheated on her! i didn't leave her bc i used her! i left bc my mom was a wreck! she needed me!" he cried.

but then i was in tears. "i didn't know jack im so sorry." i cried. he wiped his tears and looked away. "also madison kissed me bc she thought we were done! i told her we weren't bc im still in love with you. she came at me. jenn i love you only, why can't you believe me?" he said.

"i do believe you. i just assumed things and made the situation worst." i cried. by then everyone was watching us.

jack came up to me and hugged me. "like i said before it will always be you." he said kissing me.

then we heard people cheering. kian apologized to jack and so did i.

"im going to be here to raise this baby" jack said.
