chapter thirty seven

today i was basically going to get things done. i wanted to clean the house and buy a couple house things. maybe even look for an apartment.

first i went to my bathroom and did my morning routine then changed in to sweats and my sports bra.

i started in the kitchen, cleaning up, cleaning the dishes and so on. i then went upstairs on my floor. i had been using the other room for my youtube videos. so i cleaned up there then went to my room.

i fixed my bed and vacuumed the floor. after that i started hanging some new clothes that came in the mail and fixed my makeup table.

i then went to the bathroom and cleaned it.

after i was done with that i went to shower and got dressed. once i was done i left my room and went downstairs to my moms room. she was cleaning her room while amber was on the floor playing with some toys.

i told her i was going out and asked if she needed a couple things, which she did but told me she'll text it to me.

i went to the garage and got in my car. plugging my phone in the aux cord and blasted Chance the Rapper - Coloring Book album. i back out the driveway and drove off.

once i got to the food store i called my mom and told me what she needed. i started looking around for the things and got them. after i finished i went to go pay, once that was done as i was leaving a couple fans were outside.

"hey guys" i smiled. "omg i can't believe i'm meeting you, outside a food store" she laughed. "aw well i guess this a special spot" i chuckled. we took our pictures, then i said bye to them.

i got to my car and started putting the food in the car. then i pushed the cart back to the cart holder.

*skipping to the house*.

i got home and started bringing in the food. i saw that kian had invited the guys over but they weren't in the living room so i'm guessing they were in game room on his floor.

once i finished that i went all the way to his floor, i knocked on the door and matt opened it. "hey girly why do you look out of breath?" he asked. "uh maybe bc i walked around the the store looking for food and driving home to bring the food in myself and walk all these stairs to get here." i said as laid on the couch were jack was.

"jenn your not suppose to add stress on yourself." he sighed. "i know but i had to do it either way." i shrugged. i saw that they were playing call of duty.

so i laid my head on jacks shoulder. "oh i actually have to go out in a few" i said. "where you going?" he asked. "uh well, i've been wanting to look for apartments.." i said looking at my nails.

"wait what" kian said. "what?" i asked. "what do you mean your looking for an apartment? we have his house ??" he said. "kian we told each other and mom that we were going to sell this house and get something smaller for her." i said.

"okay but i thought we were gonna live together?" jack asked.

"who said that?" kian said. "guys i wanna have my own apartment." i said getting up. "why? you'll be safer with one of us there" jack said and kian nodded.

i groan and just started walking out. i went down the stairs to my room to grab my purse and left.

as i was leaving i went to look for my keys on the counter and they weren't there. then someone taps my shoulder which makes me turn around. jack. "give me my keys." i said bluntly.

"no" he says as he puts the keys inside of his pants. "you think i wont reach for it?" i said. as i was going to he grabbed my arm and shook his head.

"alright fuck it. i go upstairs into my room and slammed the door. i hear jack calling my name but i ignored him.

i grabbed my macbook and started searching for nearby apartments but jack was still knocking on my door.

i got up and grabbed my speakers and played my music loudly. as i was looking i see two that i liked. i bookmarked both pages and turned off my computer after sending my phone the addresses.

i turn off my music and opened my door. i went downstairs and saw everyone downstairs.

i decided i should explain myself. "okay guess listen." i said. which caught there attention. "i understand you guys don't want me to live on my own or kian bc you want us to live together same goes to jack. i want to live by myself so i can get use to it. maybe in the future we'll buy a house and live altogether." i said.

jack face didn't look happy. kian looked at his hands, while everyone was just confused. "guys all im saying is that let me do this myself for a while and if i can't handle it you guys will be right and ill move with you guys." i sighed.

jack still didn't look happy with the idea. "ya know what. never mind i don't give a fuck who lives with me anymore, since i can live by myself." i said walking out the house.

then i realized i forgot my keys. as i was gonna open the door jack opened the door and gave them to me. "thanks." i said bluntly. jack held onto my hand, "jenn don't be mad." he said. "jack we can never get along! we're always arguing." i said.

"jenn. i don't want you living on your own, your having a baby, you need to be safe with people who are there to protect you." he said.

"i understand i'm pregnant but that has nothing to do with this. even if i wasn't pregnant you guys wouldn't let me live alone." i said.

"we went from being okay to arguing about a living situation. i don't like this." jack said. "i don't either, you just don't get it. may i please leave? we'll talk later." i said.

"i love you" jack sighed. "i love you too." i said walking away.

i don't know if my hormones are making me bipolar or is it just me? i got in my car and drove off to starbucks. then i realized i can't drink coffee. so no starbucks for 9 months.

i sighed and went to the first apartment. the first one was more modern and cute. i went to the office to ask if someone can show me around.

once the guy showed me around i automatically said this was the one.
