"Game day." Talia says when I sit down for lunch.
"Yeah, the horrid week has come to an end." I reply dramatically. Alex and Talia have complained a thousand times about football practice and how they can't wait for this game to end.
"I don't think your brothers are ready to stop flirting all practice with the girls." Connor replies as I steal a fry off his tray. He pushes it towards me, guess he knows better than to fight with me for food.
"Yeah, they're idiots." I reply. Thomas comes over and takes his seat. His face is still bruised up pretty badly.
"That's an understatement." Thomas says catching on to the conversation topic.
"Watch it, I can do worse than Logan in shorter time." I warn.
"Guess being psychotic runs in the family." He replies with a smirk. The other three give me worried glances and warning ones to him.
"Yeah, well guess being an idiot runs in you." I reply back lamely.
"Wow your words kill me." Thomas sarcastically responds.
"Do you want me to kill you?" I ask, completely seriously.
"Kyla, let's go say hi to your brothers." Connor says dragging me away. Talia is standing in front of Thomas, talking him down while glancing at me. Alex is standing there looking between us making sure neither of us are about to attack.
"What's going on?" Justin asks with amusement in his voice. Connor shakes his head as everyone else looks over at us. There's a cheerleader sitting on Bryan's lap. One is sitting in between Michael and Logan while Dylan's talking to one across the table, if you can consider it that. She's leaning across showing her chest. Can they get any more desperate.
"What happened?" Bryan sighs. Connor still holding tight on both of my arms.
"She's ready to fight." Connor replies for me. Not how I'd put it but whatever.
"Thomas is going to die." I reply through my teeth.
"What'd he do?" Logan growls.
"Nothing." I sigh.
"Kyla." Michael warns.
"He decided insulting you guys in front of her was a good idea. Gonna take a guess and say he was trying to wound her up." Connor replies, still not letting me go.
"Did he touch you?" Bryan asks calmly.
"Wouldn't have given him the chance before I snapped his arm." I answer ripping my arms out of Connor's grip.
"That's my girl." Lucas replies with a smirk, wrapping his arm around my shoulders. He's playing a dangerous game, hope he knows that. Michael is currently glaring at Lucas' arm while Logan is glaring at Lucas. Dylan is talking to that girl or should I say, her chest. Bryan doesn't seem to notice Lucas' arm at all with the way his tongue is down the girl's throat. That's disturbing. Lucas is looking at me with that smirk on his face that his brothers are sharing with him.
"Careful, those boys don't like people touching me." I whisper to him causing him to nod his head.
"Don't worry, they won't do anything." He replies making me raise my eyebrows at him. He raises our car keys which causes me to laugh. Only Lucas would steal their keys to play a game with them involving me.
"You're an idiot." I reply with a laugh. The glares are getting harder which makes me find this game fun. I lean into Lucas laying my head on his chest. Lucas smirks at them as Dylan looks up. He stands up, walks over to us, and pulls me away.
