'Wear this outfit we got. As nice as we are, you don't want to see our bad sides. No arguments. We'll be here at five. ~Alex and Tal'
I read it over and over not believing it. This can't be good. I pull out the dress they got. No way am I wearing this thing. It's a dark red, a little lighter than crimson. It has silver beads around it at the top. It's short. I dig more stuff out of the box. There's silver ankle breakers that are a thousand feet tall. Two identical bracelets that are black with an infinity sign and a silver heart through the middle of the infinity sign. There's a silver bracelet. A black and silver ring and a black clutch with silver at the top. Yep, definitely insane if they think I'm wearing this.
"What's all that?" Mike asks coming into my room.
"Apparently evidence that Talia and Alex have lost their mind." I grumble.
"Is that.... A dress?" He asks looking at the red piece of fabric.
"Suppose to be." I reply grumpily.
"You despise dresses." He points out the obvious.
"Well they want me to wear this one." I say pointing to it.
What're you going to do?" He asks slowly.
"Knowing Talia, she'll come over here and force me into that stupid thing." I honestly speak. He just chuckles.
"I hate you." I mumble.
"No you don't." He smirks before leaving, jerk. I look at the clock to see it's four forty-five. Uh oh. I look in the mirror before hearing the doorbell ring. Feet running up the stairs is all that's heard until Talia and Alex barge into my room looking frantic.
"We only have a couple of hours before we need to leave. Have you showered?" Talia rushes out. They are both carrying black bags which I assume hold their dresses.
"Yeah, this morning. What's the rush? A couple of hours is a lot of time." I say which is obviously a mistake since their faces both hold horror.
"Shhh. Just shush." Alex says waving around her arms around like a crazy person.
"Okay. So anyway.... Guess I need to put on my dress..?" I ask slowly and carefully.
"Yeah, you really do." Talia states before walking into my closet with her dress. Alex walks into my bathroom with hers and I put on that piece of fabric they call a dress. Alex comes out in this mint green dress. It's short but there's a longer part to it. The top of it is silver sparky. While Talia comes out in this gold and black dress. It has one long sleeve. They walk over to my desk and Talia sets down a bag, that I'm not sure where they got. She pulls out... Make-up? Oh no.
"Come here. I'll do your hair while she works on your make-up." Alex says holding up a curling iron. I hesitantly walk over there and sit in my desk chair while they start the torture.
~~~~~
"You look gorgeous!" Talia squeals after she turns me around for herself to see. Alex holds up a mirror for me to see and I'm shocked. My hair is curled perfectly and my make-up actually looks good. They're both smiling happily. I get up and Alex sits down. Talia gets to work on Alex's hair while Alex does her make-up.
After Alex is done they switch places and do the same thing as before, Talia does her make-up while Alex does the hair. It looks as if they do this often, knowing them, they probably do.
They finish up before walking over to a bag that I didn't see before, which is sitting on my bed, and grab out their heels. Alex has black ones while Talia has golden ones. They get out jewelry and put it on so I rush to the box on my bed and get my 'heels' and jewelry on. They grab their clutches and I do the same.
