"Hey guys." I smile as I enter the warehouse. Talia and Alex are on the floor talking about something, while Connor and Thomas are on their phones. They all look up at the sound of my voice.
"Hey girl." Talia chirps.
"What's on the agenda for this weekend?" I ask, plopping down beside Alex. Alex and Talia both glance at each other, before turning towards me.
"Well as I'm sure you've managed to forget, because you couldn't care less, but Thomas and I are going on our first date this weekend." Alex replies. Her and Justin broke up once Justin went public about being gay. It was really great, though she wasn't the happiest, she wasn't too bothered, because it caused Thomas to finally man up and ask her out. Talia and Jordan broke up not too much later; apparently it's hard to keep up a relationship with a girl whose two best friends have both been dumped by your brothers.
"I have plans with people." Talia vaguely replies.
"This weekend's my family's trip to Dallas." Connor pitches in.
"So you all made plans for the exact same weekend? Really?" I sigh dramatically, but break into a smile after I finish talking. "Guess I'll just have to be alone."
"What about your brothers?" Thomas asks, earning a glare from Talia. What is happening?
"They're acting weird. I'll probably go crash Blake's party." I roll my eyes.
"Blake doesn't host more than once a year and that's past." Alex says, before realization crosses her features. "Oh... You meant that metaphorically."
"Yes, idiot." I shake my head, a smile stretched across my face.
"You should understand having some blond moments." She says, glancing at my hair.
"Wow. That was so good." I sarcastically reply, rolling my eyes.
"Your eyes will pop out of their sockets with how many times you roll them." Talia giggles.
"Why am I friends with you guys?" I ask, mock thinking.
"I try to find an answer to that question every day." Thomas tells me.
"Thomas, Kyla, behave." Alex warns.
"Whatever." He mutter in unison.
"You know, they are both equally as unpleasant and annoying rude. I think I get why they hate each other now. They're the same person." Talia informs us all.
"My sister has lost her mind." Thomas shakes her head.
"Must run in the family. She must've just got hit a bit later, like 16 years later." I throw in.
"We need popcorn. Thomas and Kyla are great entertainment." Connor comments, I send a glare at him.
"I have to go." I say, checking the time to see I'm out of it.

"Can someone give me a ride over to Blake's?" I ask, walking into the living room, where all my brothers are.
"We've got plans." Michael says, motioning between him, Dylan, and Logan.
"I'll take you." Drake says, getting up. I flash him a smile, before walking to the door and out to his car.
"Thanks, Drake." I mumble, laying my head against his car window.
"Sure you should be going out tonight? You look pretty tired." Drake and Tyson are the only two people not being weird with me lately.
"I'll be alright." I reply, giving my head a little nod, which is super weird when your head's pressed against the glass.
"You should talk to them." He advises.
