Hell in my eyes! [Chapter 21: My biggest fear!]

I hadn’t wanted to let myself get too attached to him, knowing that it had been a serious move for him. But when I started living in his house things changed. Sure, it may have started out as a one night stand because I needed money… But as time went on, it started to mean so much more. Soon, a month had passed and I was practically living with him. I was at his apartment every day and he was still there every night. In this month I found out that except from his shop, he still works as a model but he also has some problems with the Russian mafia but I don’t care at all. I feel loved and safe with him and for the first time in my life I feel that everything goes right.

When we went to his fashion show, I saw only Aaron and found out that Alex broke up with him but they still stayed as friends. Aaron gave me Alex’s number and we’ve been hanging out like old times with Aaron too or just the two of us. Lucian bought me a mobile phone because he misses me all the time when he’s working, so we text to each other all the time. Yeah, I know… Strange turn of events but that’s my life we are talking about, don’t forget that. Now my biggest fear is that one day I’ll wake up and realize it was just a dream and you can’t blame me with everything I’ve been through.

“Trisha…” He said one evening as I was making pasta for the both of us. “I’ve been thinking….” I turned my attention to him. “Maybe I should just give you a key.” He said and my eyes widened as a soft smile tugged at my lips.

“Really?” I asked excited.

He stood up moving across the small kitchen to stand in front of me.

“Yeah.” He answered and I smiled wrapping my arms around his waist. “I mean, you’re always here anyway. And this way you can be here when I get back from work.”

I grinned and placed a tender kiss to his lips.

“That sounds amazing.” I said softly and he smiled, stretching up to kiss him again.

“I’ll get the key copied tomorrow while I’m at the shop, okay?” He asked and I smiled nodding.

I turned to stir the pasta, and Lucian wrapped his arms around my waist from behind and leant his chin on my shoulder. I giggled softly and leant into his embrace as I continued cooking our dinner. Soon the food was ready and we were eating in the dining room.

‘’What do you think about the food, do you like it?’’ I asked smiling as he was eating.

‘’Of course, your cooking skills left me amazed.’’ He said smirking.

I just smiled and while we were eating in silence my mobile phone started ringing.I looked at the screen and the number was unknown. I picked it up.‘’Hello?’’ I said.

‘’Hey… It’s me, Alex.’’ 

‘’Hey, what’s up?’’ I asked and looked at Lucian I could tell he didn’t like Alex calling me.

‘’Nothing much, just wanted to ask when you’ll be free.’’ He said.

‘’Why?’’ I asked, he sounded somehow weird.

‘’You know… Hang out.’’ He stated.

‘’I’m not sure, I’ll give you a call when I can.’’

‘’Okay.’’ He said and I hung up.

‘’How was it?’’ Lucian asked.

‘’Just Alex.’’ I answered while eating.

‘’What did he want?’’ He asked again. Is he jealous or something?

‘’Nothing, just to hang out.’’ I said and he didn’t answer.

Soon we were under the covers sleeping, with me in his arms.
