Chapter 1

The Outcast's P.O.V.

I sighed as I sat up in my bed. It was the beginning of a day full of possibilities. I probably wouldn't get the chance to use any of them, but you never know.

My name is Jolene. I'm an outcast, and I'm only 13. Nobody wants me around except for my friends. I was different, so I was treated that way. The reason I'm different is because I'm a dragon hybrid. You may think, 'Why is that bad?', well you see I'm not an enderdragon hybrid. I'm a weird hybrid of my own. I'm treated like an outcast while people are starting to accept enderdragon hybrids into society, but not me.

If people found out that my friends hung out with me, they would also become outcasts. I'm not only a hybrid, but I'm also a sorceress. People will think that I put some sort of spell on them to make them like me. I didn't like this life, but it was mine and there's nothing I can do about it. After all, if I didn't have it, somebody else would.

I got up and walked over to my mirror. It was a little dirty, and it was broken, but it still worked. I brushed my golden blond hair, before grabbing my royal blue dragon scale mask off of my bedside table. I put it on, dusted off my royal blue dragon scale armour, and made sure I had my sword, bow, and quiver.

My mask was a symbol that I was an outcast. It meant that I was unworthy to be looked at. It made sure nobody saw my eyes.

I closed the door of my one roomed shack and wandered into town. I lived just outside of it in the forest so I couldn't curse anybody, not like I ever would. I hated hurting innocent people, I couldn't even bare to see some innocent person off the side of the street hurt.

When I made it to the town square I walked around with my head held low. A few people would look at me and mutter mean things. I didn't mind, I was used to it.

I sat down by the fountain in the centre of town. I listened to people gossip, and talk about what was going on around town. This was my only way to get information. I leaned back when I heard something that caught my attention. "Have you heard that the Budder King, and the Snow Princess are coming here?"

It made sense why they would come here. This town was halfway in between the Budder Kingdom, and the Kingdom of Snow. It was also a neutral area that didn't belong to a kingdom.

After that everything else went back to normal gossip. I wish they had said more, I want to know when they'll be here, or why their coming to this very town. There were other towns like this one that weren't far away. These thoughts wondered around my head as the day wore on. Even when I got home that evening.

Sky's P.O.V.

(The day before)

"Alright, is everything ready?" I asked. Seto nodded.

"You can stop asking. We've been ready since last night!" Seto told me. I shrugged. I was excited, I was going to see Olivia again. I can't imagine how Seto feels about this trip.

"I guess we can go now!" I declared. Servants grabbed our bags and put them on our horses, and the donkey we were bringing. My horse is budder coloured, and his name is Alfred. What?! Don't get judgy! He's my horse not yours.

I can't wait! I arranged a surprise for Olivia, and sent the rest of team crafted letters. They were also going to meet us there.

Olivia's P.O.V.

(Same time Sky's started)

I shoved the last few things into my bags. I can't wait to see Adam and Seto! Of coarse I'll have to call Adam, Sky, but whatever. I'm just happy I get to see them again.

"Wilton! Endy! I'm ready to go!" I called. Endy teleported into my room since he wouldn't be able to walk through the door, and grabbed my bags.

"I'll take these downstairs!" he said cheerfully. I guess I'm not the only one excited about this trip.

Right after Endy teleported away Wilton glided in. "Let's go!" He also sounded excited.

"To the stables!" I yelled making a heroic pose before running out of my room and out to the stables. Wilton followed close behind. I hopped onto my pure white horse called Snowflake, and Wilton passed me Snowy. "Hey Snowy are you excited too?" I asked. Snowy just meowed and perked his ears up in response. "I'll take that as a yes!" I grinned.

When that was all said and done we took off down the road to the town that we were going to see the guys in.
