In the middle of the night you were shaken awake by Hermione. She was dressed in her pink pyjamas and held a lantern in her hands.
"Hermione?" you whispered to try and not wake up your other dorm mates.
"Y/N, you know they'll probably try and do it, right?"
"What?" You sat up rubbing the sleep from your eyes.
"Ron and Harry," She replied "They're probably going to try and battle your brother."
"Oh that," You replied "Yeah, I think they might too, should have just listened to me... "
"They're gonna lose us points! Come on, we need to try and stop them." She ended and before you could answer she walked towards the door and out of the dorm.
You sighed throwing the cover off of you. Atleast now you understood why she was a Gryffindor not a Ravenclaw, girl had guts.
You fixed your F/C pyjamas and hid your wand into one of your pockets. You checked on Parvati, Lavender and Fay first then you headed out closing the door behind you gently.
By the time you actually got down to the common room you already heard voices arguing.
You heard Harry say "Come on!" and saw them leave through the portrait followed by a clearly annoyed Hermione. You tried to follow quickly and not trip over your own tired feet.
You looked out the portrait.
"Don't you care about Gryffindor? Do you only care about yourselves? I don't want Slytherin to win the house cup, and you'll lose all the points I got from Professor McGonagall for knowing about Switching Spells." Hermione said following Harry and Ron's footsteps.
"Go away." said Ron and he and Harry walked away from Hermione. You walked up to them but only Hermione noticed.
"Y/N, help me talk some sense into them." She resorted.
Harry and Ron turned towards you as you approached.
Ron groaned "Please say you're here to go with you not stop us."
"Y/N," Said Harry stopping "How sure are you that Malfoy is trying to trick us? Out of 100."
You thought and then replied calmly "Like 99 procent."
"Well," Ron replied turning to Harry "If there's atleast 1 procent chance that he's serious we need to take it, we can't risk him telling everyone we chickened out."
Harry thought for a moment "Right," he looked towards you "Sorry Y/N, we just have to."
Hermione huffed "All right," She turned towards the potrait "but we warned you, you just remember what I said when you're on the train home tomorrow, you're so-"
