It was some time after Christmas passed and Proffessor Flitwick was still struggling to find any results for your magic. You where invited to visit him every Friday lesson but it was mostly consisting of you throwing different spells and Flitwick taking down the results under different levels of stress.

He would also randomly stop you during your free time to come to his office and try a different spell out or test some kind of hypothesis he had. It was honestly stressing you out and the suprises just keep coming.

Harry got a wizard card from Neville, who came into the common room one night with a leg locker curse, casted by Draco, who you were furious at. The card made Harry realise where he knew the name Nicholas Flamel from, it was there on the 'Albus Dumbledore' card. Hermione quickly brought a book over and figured what the dog must have been guarding.

"The Philosopher's stone!" She announced.

The Philosopher's stone, a stone that could make any dream come ture - make you live forever or create gold. It made sense to keep it on such tight security.

One evening Flitwick was again testing out the 'Alohomora' spell with you when he closed his book over "Okay Y/N, I think that'd be all for today."

"Professor?" you said timidly "Have you got any ideas what's wrong with me yet?"

Flitwick frowned "Oh, there's nothing wrong with you! You're just a little unique, I've got a good trail this time, we'll figure it out, don't worry."

You looked over to the lock that your powerful magic managed to shatter into pieces, which was laying on the ground.

"Maybe I'll stay and clean that up?" You suggested.

Flitwick looked up at you again "That's kind of you, but don't you want to go to the match with everyone else, Gryffindor's playing tonight."

Your eyes widened "Oh, I completely forgot! Thank you Professor, I need to go."

Flitwick laughed as you ran out of the class. You made your away as quickly as possible towards the Quidditch pitch.

You were very nervous for Harry and Gryffindor as a whole. According to Harry, who heard it from Gryffindor's captain Oliver Wood, Snape of all people was going to be the referee, and apparently he was very adamant for it to be him. Most thought he was trying to hurt Gryffindor's chances but you knew that he might have actually been trying to hurt Harry.

You rushed down and entered the stands next to Hermione and Ron who were already sitting down.

"Y/N, where were you?" Asked Ron.

You exchanged a look with Hermione before answering "My tutoring lessons."

You knew that Harry and Ron were both getting a little suspicious. You were good at charms, very good in fact, after all the training Flitwick put you through. You knew the tutoring excuse was not going to fly for very long.
