Chapter Twenty Four

We pulled apart and stared at each other

"You have no idea how long I waited to do that" Jordan finally said as I blushed

"See you later Jordan" I said walking in my house

"Umm... Liz?" Jordan said before I could closed the door "Do you maybe want to do this another time?"

"Bye Jordan" I smiled as I closed the door.

I walked to my windows to see Jordan standing there. He stood there for a couple seconds then started walking off. I sighed walking up to my room. It was a around 9pm and I decided to call Bee

B: Hello?

L: It's Liz

B: Oh, how was it with Jordan? What you'd do? Tell me everything

L: Well, it went great. Better than I expected. We went bowling

B: Fun, did you win?

L: Nah, he kicked my ass at it

B: What you'd do after?

L: We got some food and he dropped me off at my place

B: That's it?

L: And, we might of kissed

B: What? When?

L: About 5 minutes ago

B: Does that mean you're going with him to prom?

L: What? No. Who said that?

B: I was just saying

L: Who are you going with to prom?

B: I haven't been asked yet

L: Oh, why don't we go together? I think it's better if we go with friends than with a date

B: Yes, let's do that

L: Alright, I'm getting tired. Talk to you later

We said our goodbyes and hung up. After a couple minutes, I started to get texts by Will. I sighed going downstairs, leaving my phone in my room. My mom wasn't back yet. So it was just me in the house.

I put on Netflix and laid down on the couch. Then slowly, I started to fall asleep.

It was the next morning as Bee and I started walking to school.

"So did he actually kiss you?" Bee asked with excitement

"Yes Bee, he actually kissed me" I laughed

"How was it?" She asked

"It was fine" I replied. I saw Joe and Zack and started running to them

"What do you mean it was fine?" Bee asked catching up with us

"I mean it was fine" I repeated

"What is she on about?" Zack asked

"Nothing-"

"Liz went on a date with Jordan" Bee interrupted and I sighed

"What? You're going out with Jordan?" Joe asked

"No I'm not! Let's just stop talking about it" I said

"They kissed last night" Bee added

"Wow, thanks Bee" I said rolling my eyes as I heard a whoops come out of her mouth

"No way, does Will know?" Zack asked

"Dude" Joe said hitting his back

"Oh shh- sorry Liz" He said

"It's fine. Let's just start walking" I said walking without them. I checked my phone and I never really checked my texts, I had close to 100 text messages and calls from Will.

"Wow" Joe said looking at my screen "That's all from Will?"

"Yeah..." I trailed off

"Can I see?" Joe asked, I gave him my phone as he started to scroll through the texts and voice messages. Bee and Zack looked over his shoulder also reading them. They listen to one of the voice messages..

Liz? Liz, please i know you're there. I didn't mean to hurt you. I didn't make any bet. I would never do that to you. Please believe me. I'm a mess without you. We haven't known each other long but I know more about you than anyone else, and you know more about me. Just... please call me back....

"You should really talk to him Liz." Zack said
