Tina found out that Negan was going to stick around until Rick returned, he was being shadowed around by Spencer who seemed up his ass and looked as if he would be elated it Negan recruited him. Two faced rat.

She was on edge, not understanding how no one else was up in arms over the audacity Negan had showing up early as if they were going to stand for it. Tina hoped when Rick and Daryl returned they would put Negan in his place or at least remind him that fair is fair and Alexandria are not weak and mouldable like The Hilltop.

"Do you think Spencer is telling him to play fair?" Carol asked skeptical, she too could see how Spencer was behaving "who knows" Tina said quizzical. "Anyway i better help Eugene and Tara pack their shit away before they turn nasty" she sighed heading back over to her friends. "Tina dont say anything stupid please, think of the others, dont piss them off, remember what Rick said about biding time" Carol warned her "if anything they better stay out of my way" Tina replied snappily and left.

Tina cut her eyes at Negan's men that were leaning on the front porches of some of the residents, they were cocky like the bikers her and Daryl encountered after the prison fell. Catching up with Tara and Eugene as they made sure everything on the list was in the boxes for the men. Glenn helped too but only to grab the trio's attention "guys, i think Spencer is trying to make a deal with Negan" he muttered quietly "dont look now but he is round the back if the guard tower and I know he is up to something" he whispered making sure no one made it obvious and looked up.

"What can he deal? We have nothing as it is?" Tara asked nervously, Tina stood with her hands on her hips unsure on what to do and if Spencer was in fact making matters worse "He deals with Rick though?" Eugene said slightly confused. "Im going to find out you guys stay here and look busy" Glenn advised the trio before skulking round the back of the garage they were boxing up in to get a better look at the goings on. He eyed Tina to follow and they slowly got as close as they could to the guard tower without being noticed.

"Here should be good" Glenn whispered as he crouched behind a car, the nearest thing to the tower without giving away their position. It was close enough for the pair to hear what was being said.

"If you get rid of Rick, i'll lead this place it was my families before Rick and his lot took over and got us in this mess" Spencer spat, as Tina and Glenn peered through the dusty window of the car they could just about make out Negan and Spencer, Negan was leaning casually on the fence twisting Lucille in his arms as Spencer spoke cockily.

"Rick's my man, i deal with him" Negan said almost laughing off what Spencer was saying. "You can give me the inside on this place then" Negan spoke almost telling him that he will tell him weak spots, honest lost of supplies and so on, "why did you wait for Rick to be gone before coming to me about this?" Negan laughed "somewhat cowardly dont you think?" He added. Glenn and Tina could feel the tension mounting, Spencer was visibly trying to think on his feet "you see Rick hates me, i know that, thats what i want him to be like, i fucking love it! But Rick has guts, he may be a coward but he has guts, i respect that, you however..." Negan's words quickly became frightening, not finishing his sentence be pulled a knife from his battered jeans and slashed Spencer's stomach from left to right, so calmly as if he was flicking a bug from himself, Glenn and Tina ducked down in sheer shock at what they has just witnessed. Spencer's organs literally fell from his stomach like a paper bag had split with groceries inside "you do have guts after all, my mistake" Negan cooly replied as Spencer's lifeless body fell to the ground with a thud. "Ethan! Clear this shit up before a kid sees will you?!" Negan ordered one of his men and strolled away like it was nothing.

Glenn and Tina didnt utter a word, instead they walked back to the garage barely blinking, the colour drained from both their faces "what the hell just happened" Glenn asked as if he hadnt seen what he had seen, Tina couldnt answer. Negan was a monster, Rick wasnt in charge no more, he was. And he was having a whale of a time proving that point.

"Guys, what happened" Tara asked witnessing her friends pale faces "i dont think ive ever seen so much blood" Glenn said shakily, Tara was confused and went to take a look where the pair had been before Tina stopped her "dont! He killed Spencer" she warned her in a whisper, knowing Tara didnt fully understand, but how could she explain it? It was surreal. "like it was nothing, like he had done that before" Glenn added rubbing his hands on his face.

"I have to go home" Tina whispered and paced back home, ignoring Michonne who was calling her wondering why she was breezing by so fast and so afraid.

Closing the door behind her she broke down, crying all the tears she had, screaming out at what was happening to the group.

There was no way out from this. There was nothing anyone could do.
