"It has been awhile." I agree, nodding towards Elle.

"We could go see a movie or something." She suggests.

"That works. Food is involved somehow in this plan, I'm assuming?"

"No. We're going to hang out and not have any food, just simply let ourselves die off of starvation." She rolls her eyes.

I chuckle, "Just us then?"

"Just us." She agrees, "The guys can fend for themselves if they want to hang out."

I grin.

Two hours later, we're dressed and ready. Elle, in a girly ensemble, consisting of a long sleeved pastel pink crop top, with a high waisted grey skirt, just an inch of her slim midriff revealed.

On the other hand, Elle gave me a low cut, ruby red top. On her, it might be just the fairest bit revealing, but I guess she forgot to take into account that I'm bigger on top than she is.

I fix my hair, pulling all of it to the front. I smile into the mirror, as I quickly apply a layer of red lipstick, and pop my lips.

"Ready?" I ask, grabbing my bag.

"Yeah." Elle grins, stepping outside the apartment.

I follow her, and we walk out to the parking lot. (A/N: avoiding all clowns hopefully. ps il delete this later)

Elle drives, and within a matter of a half hour turned into what feels like a few minutes due to the laughter and great moments of catching up on life with your best friend, we arrive.

"What should we see?" She asks.

"Fifty shades." I chuckle.

"Okay." Elle chirps.

"No, I didn't mean," I laugh, "I said it as a joke, and we're underage anyways. We can't get in."

"Lexa, darling, I came out to have a good time and I'm honestly feeling so attacked right now."

I roll my eyes.

"Watch and learn."

Moments later, contrary to my belief's of Elle being a happy go lucky good girl, she's purchasing two tickets to an animated kids show, with a huge smile on her face. I follow along behind her, with a legitimate attempt to try and withhold from breaking out in laughter.

To my disbelief, Elle drags us towards the large theater where fifty shades is playing.

"You do realize, there is no way this is going to work, right?"

"Oh, it won't work for me. But your shirt might prove to be a help to us after all."

I blush, moving my curls to the front of my shoulders, in an array of self consciousness as I eye the guy in front of the door.

"What do you see?" Elle whispers.

"Pretty boy. Bright blue eyes. Chiseled body." I respond.

"And what does that mean?"

"He's out of my league and we should turn around and go to Finding Dory instead."

"Wrong." Elle declares, "You're going to bump into him, say sorry, and see where it goes from there."

"And how am I supposed to-AH!" Elle shoves my shoulder and I stumble smack into the middle of the guy.

Even worse, he was currently talking to too pretty blondes, looking about my age. He smiles at them, and they enter the theater, after giving me a weird look.

"What the frack." I brush my pants off and look around for Elle, to send a waring glare in her direction, but she's no where to be found. Of fracking course.

"Frack?" Pretty Boy looks at me, confused, and I take in his features as he takes my hand.

To pull me up and off of the ground of course.

I shake my head, "I'd rather have an extensive than colorful vocabulary."

"That's invigorating." He replies.

I chuckle, "Alexis. You can call me-"

"Aly?"

"Sure, that works."

"Can I have your number?"

"Sure." I reach into my purse and retrieve me phone. Dead. Of course.

He notices, "Put yours in mine. I'll text you."

"That's what she said." I mumble.

He laughs, "My shift is done in ten minutes."

"My friend is waiting, probably around the corner listening to every word of this."

"Boyfriend?"

I shake my head, "Fries are preferred."

"Well, it was nice meeting you. Aly." He smiles.

"You too. Hey, any chance of you letting us in to see this?"

"Only if I can occupy the seat to your other side."

"Only if you don't spontaneously pull the stretch and shoulder move."

"I would never." He gaps, in mock shock.

I grin, "Ellehna , are you out there?"

"It's just Elle, actually. Nice to meet you."

"And to you, the same." He smiles and holds the door open for both of us.

Elle winks at me, I chuckle.

We make our way into the theater and sit back to enjoy the surely to be great movie.

Although I honestly couldn't tell you it's level of greatness due to me falling asleep in the first ten minutes.

Elle shakes me awake at the end, "Lex, that was good!"

"Yeah." I lazily agree.

We grab our bags and head back to her car, "Where to next?"

"Food?"

"Way to state the obvious, E. Where are we going for food?"

"Well Chipotle, of course. Is that even a question?"

I don't even hear Elle's attempt at a roast. My phone vibrates against my leg and I flick on the screen.
