Married to the Mafia: Capítulo Doce
"I hope you choke on a dick and die." I scowled at Raymundo who stared at the door and he raised an eyebrow to me. "Oh yeah?" He asked before cracking a smirk.
"Well, it surely won't be yours." He winked as if he was trying to insinuate that I wasn't packing anything down there. "Oh you piece of shit." I growled out, prepared to lunge at him but a voice stopped me. "You both will be choking on my foot if you don't get your asses in this damn room." John snarled at both of us and I pushed open the door to the room.
The room was beautiful. I gasped in awe as I took in the sight of the room. There was dark brown hardwood floor, a chandelier hanging from the ceiling, a nice king sized back with black and white comforters, and the dressers and nightstands were made of marble.
"This is too exquisite." I mumbled under my breath but someone heard me. "You don't say." Raymundo replied as he sighed. "What's the point of us being here?" I asked, turning to John who had a smug look on his face.
"You and Raymundo will be staying here for awhile." He stated and I tilted my head. "Can I ask why? This is way too sudden." I folded my arms and John looked at Ray with an uneasy look in his eyes. "There's a little problem at Ray's base and we need to take care of it."
I wasn't convinced.
"Okay. Then why am I here?" I questioned and John palmed his face. "You're apart of the plan, alright?" He ran a hand through his long hair. "As long as you're here, Ray will be okay." He mumbled to himself and I stared at him in confusion. Why would me being here benefit Raymundo?
He knows we can't stand each other.
"It isn't that hard to comprehend, you fucking idiot!" Ray snapped and I bounced my head back in shock. "It was just a question. Damn, someone woke up on the wrong side of the cage this morning." I snorted and he rolled his eyes.
"That would be you."
I smirked and turned to him, my arms folded. "I would insult you back but Mother Nature's has already done such a fine job, I just couldn't compete." John let out a laugh as he wiped a tear from his eye. "Oh my god." He whispered to himself as he was hunched over in the doorway.
"Wow, that was a low blow! Speaking of low blows, how's your mother?" He retorted back and I felt the urge to kick him where the sun didn't shine. How dare he bring up my mother at a time like this? I mean, I know he doesn't know about my mother and her relationship with Dean Jamiesion, the mayor, but that didn't give him the right to say something like that.
"Ray, you shouldn't have said that." I heard John say but I was livid. I didn't know whether or not I was overreacting but right now, I couldn't care. I felt some type of way about what he said and I couldn't help it. "No it's fine, John." I turned to the man in the doorway with my jaw clenched before turning back to Raymundo.
"You know, acting like a dick won't make yours bigger." I flipped my middle finger at him and proceeded to walk out, a tear falling down my face. I knew he saw it but I could care less. I was offended because he called my mother a low blow. I knew he was joking and I knew he didn't know of her problems, but that hit my heart when he said that.
I marched down the hall in pursuit of Micah but I forgot about him. I knew he was probably spending time with his Spanish boyfriend and I didn't want to intrude on their time together. I was happy for him. I was happy he found someone who treated him like the king he was and worshipped the very ground he walked on.
