My First Crush

Abby and Bob....

(This isn't written as a story, sorry, you may skip if you like, it is more of a diary chapter.)

   So, yesterday in 1 hour, my teacher had Socratic circles. Well, the odd thing was that Bob kept sitting directly in front of me! I mean like the whole time he was always across from me. At first I didn't notice, until I looked up and he was staring at me! Well, it was my group's turn to be in the circle and when we started, he asked the girl next to me, the one with the crush on him, my friend, a question. To top it off, he kept looking at her! And he kept talking to her! I know I must be paranoid or something, but it was like those two was flirting or something! Anyways afterwards I went to the front of the class to turn in a paper and he came up to me, and we started a sarcastic conversation about how this discussion has really helped us. (sarcasm) Afterwards, I walked off the Abby, the friend with the crush, and said:

"Oooh you and Bob?" 

"Right!? We don't ever talk, but he kept looking at me, and talking to me! I think I got a chance." She said smiling and blushing. What was I supposed to do? I didn't expect her to respond that way! So, I smiled and walked off, trying to not break on the inside. In 6 hour I said hi, and he said back but then we didn't say anything the rest of the time...... I think my heart has shattered....
