I entered the Fairy Tail guild after being gone for almost 8 and a half years. I left at 8 years old. I'm now 16. No one really paid any mind to me. I was about to lift my hood to show all my friends that I'm back until I overheard two of my guild mates conversation.

"Hey wasn't there another guild member here like almost 10 years ago?" Jet asked. "I don't know. I think your right. Wasn't their name like (name not even close to your)?" Droy asked. Jet shook his head. "No, I think it was (name close to yours)" "no I'm pretty sure it's something along the lines of (another name not even close to yours.)" they shrugged. "Whatever." They both said.

I let go of my hood, letting it cover most of my face. They don't remember me. I guess I'm just a lost memory. I walked over to Mirajane. Wow, she really changed her style.

"Hello! How may I help you?" She asked. I sighed and showed her my f/c guild mark that was on my dominant hand. She gasped. "Let me go get the master." She said and walked over to the other side of the bar.

She whispered to Master Makarov. I watched as gramps glanced at me. He jumped down from sitting on the bar and walked over to me. "Show me your guild mark child." He said quietly so no one else would hear. I lifted up my hand. He nods and asks me to follow him to his office. I oblige.

We sit down in his office. "Child, please lift your hood." He requests. I lift my hood, revealing my face. He quietly gasps. "Y/n?" He asks.

I nod. "Why didn't you show everyone while you were downstairs?" He asks. "I overheard a conversation. Seems as though everyone forgot about me. I guess I wasn't worth remembering after 9 and a half years." I say straight faced. I exited the office and walked down stairs.

Most eyes were on me. I stayed silent as I sat at the bar. I felt a presence next to me. I glanced up at Erza. "Hiya Newbie." She said as she sat next to me.

I ignored her as I reached for my drink, showing my guild mark on my hand. She glanced at it.

"I didn't see you get your guild mark." She said. "Probably because I've always had it." I mumbled so only she could hear. Her eyes widened as she tried to think of all the members that I could be.

"Y/n?" She said quietly. "Good job. You remember the friend that all have forgotten. Leave everyone else to realize it themselves." I say bitterly. She nodded, promising that she won't tell anyone.

(I hope you guys really enjoyed this and want me to continue.)
