Katelyn POV

I had to admit, I was pretty nervous to meet Kendall's parents. I'm sure it would be fine though, probably nothing to worry about. Kendall grabbed my hand and we went up to the doorstep, Kaylie followed behind us.

Kendall knocked on the door and then looked at me. He raised his eyebrows and looked back at the door. As we were waiting, I looked at the outside of the house. It was absolutely massive, I mean, it was ginormous.

"Kendall, what do your parents do for a living?" He chuckled and shook his head.

"They're both engineers." No shit. This house was so huge. It made my house look like a tiny shack. The door swung up open and there was a woman who smiled.

"Oh hello! Kendall nice to see you and Katelyn, and oh Kaylie!" Man was she hype. She gave us all a hug. "Come in, come in." Kendall let Kaylie and I go first. There was a massive grand entrance with a glittering chandelier. It was so beautiful. "Come in the living room."

We followed her to the living room and sat down on the couch. This room was bigger than my entire first floor of my house. I sat on the couch and Kaylie sat next to me.

A man in a black and white suit came out. He looked just like Kendall, that had to be his father. "Hello!" His voice boomed throughout the room. Kendall groaned and I nudged him a little bit.

"Hello Mr. Schmidt." I stood up and shook his hand.

"No need to call me that. Call me Kendall." Aw, he had the same name as his father. I smiled and nodded.

"I will, I think I've heard that name before." We both laughed and Kendall sat on the couch watching outside the window.

"Hello, you must be Kaylie?" She nodded and shook his hand.

"Yes I am." He smiled at her and went on the other side of me.

"Son." Kendall looked up, blankly.

"Dad." Kendall's dad waved him off.

"Let's go to the dining room." We followed big Kendall to the dining room and it was just as beautiful as the living room. Everything in this house was beautiful. Kendall was an only child too? I bet he was beyond spoiled. Oh wait, he had two brothers,  I wonder where they are?

We all sat down at the table and the food was in the middle, ready to be eaten. Kendall's mom brought out plates and sat them all in front of us.

She sat down and motioned for us to begin to eat. "Eat it all up, take as much as you desire." I started making my plate.

"So, Mrs. Schmidt, I didn't catch your name?" She smiled at me and put the pan down.

"My name is Kathrine, please call me that instead of Mrs. Schmidt." I nodded at her. Kendall's parents were so lively and full of joy, while Kendall just always had a blank face on with no sign of emotion.

"So Kendall?" He looked up from his plate and at his dad. "How did you get Katelyn, she's so pretty and nice. What does she want with you?" I smiled at him and he glared at his dad.

"Oh ha, ha, Dad. I got Katelyn because she knows I'm not a douche and can see past my not so exciting self." I grabbed his hand and he gave me a smile.

"Kaylie? I hear you are very smart?" She nodded.

"Indeed I am. Very smart." Big Kendall nodded.

"As smart as Kendall?" She looked over at Kendall and he gave her a playful glare.

"Probably." I laughed and shook my head at her. We continued eating the meal and Katherine started to clean up.

"Would you like me to help?" She waved me off.

"No, I'll get it don't worry. Please, take a tour around the house. Kendall show her!" He put a thumbs up and grabbed my hand.

"Come on Kay-." He looked around and I looked behind me. Huh, she was no where to be found. "I guess Dad stole her away." He shrugged and took me up the spiral staircase.

"Your parent's house is so nice." He smiled and kissed my cheek.

"Thanks babe. I'm glad you like it." He led me to the right side of the house. We went down the hallway, which was huge and stopped at a double door. He opened it and the room was huge. It had a navy blue and white theme. I assumed this used to be his room.

He led me inside and I almost fell, but he caught me. "Whoa, watch your step, my room is split level, very easy to break your neck if you're not watching." I stood back up and grabbed his hand.

"I guess so." He stood in the center of the room and held his arms out.

"This is my domain. This is where all the magic happened when I used to live here." I looked around the room. He had a computer setup, basketball hoop mounted to the wall, and a wall that had various plaques and trophies in front of it. I walked over to it.

"Whoa, Kendall. These are all yours?" He walked over to me and nodded.

"Yep, all my math awards." I looked up on the wall and he pointed to one. "There is my certified mathematician plaque. I was so happy that day." I raised my eyebrows. He really was a genius. Like, seriously.

"Kaylie would love to win all these."

"And she will, I believe it." I smiled up at him and gave him a kiss, which lasted longer than expected.

"Well, look at this room." We broke apart and looked at the door, Kaylie stepped in. I smiled and Kendall went over to her.

"Yeah, it's huge right? This is all mine." She narrowed her eyes at him and he chuckled at her.

"Jerk." He put his hands up and stood back.

"Hey, just saying." She crossed her arms.

"You're always just saying."

Hope you liked it. Until Next Time.
