The end is nearer. Enjoy.

Katelyn POV

When I saw how Kendall looked at that girl, I knew he liked her. I guess I was shocked because Kendall never got into someone so quickly. She must've really clicked with him. I was thinking so in depth about this, maybe I shouldn't think so much of it. I trust Kendall.

"Katelyn." I looked up at him and he had the tea he made for me in his hands. He looked at me eerily. He had been on edge ever since I got upset over him getting close with that girl. He had grown his beard out, he didn't say much and he had been very distant. He handed me the tea and I set it on the table.

"Sit down Kendall." He said a quiet "ok" and sat next to me. Unusually farther than before. "Kendall don't be like this."

"Don't be like what?"

"You've been weird ever since what happened a few days ago." He let out a sigh and sat back.

"I know..." he trailed off. I brought my hand to his hair and ran my hands through it. He flinched.

"Are you like scared of me or something?" I let out a chuckle. He shook his head.

"I just assumed you were super pissed at me." I kissed his cheek, rather his beard.

"It's just that, I've never saw you give into someone so quickly, I know you like her." He nodded slowly and looked down.

"I do like her and to be honest, if we weren't together, I'd probably date her." I nodded. Of course, Kendall is going to be attracted to other girls, just like I would be attracted to other guys. This is different because now he's told me he would date her.

"Well, we're in a great relationship-."

"So I'm not gonna think of her in that way. I'm not going to give up the best thing that's ever happened to me." I kissed him on the lips, a very much needed kiss.

"That's that."

"That's that." We smiled at each other. I'm glad we wouldn't let this get in the way. Or at least I wouldn't let this get in the way. "So, what's on the agenda for today?" I shrugged.

"You know I have no life." He laughed and nodded.

"Yeah..." Things were pretty chill in both of me and Kendall's life. Nothing major really is happening. We just need to focus on the future now.

Up until this peaceful moment in my life, what was I exactly trying to accomplish? Well, I guess I didn't have a big accomplishment, but I guess I could say that I got into a great relationship. I wasn't even looking for one, but life happens and I got one.

This relationship was great for Kendall. He opens up emotionally more and he's more open to things in life. He accomplished connecting with someone other than his family on an intimate emotional level.

Kaylie got a father figure who loves her dearly. Everyone got something big in the past few months which is good.

"Katelyn." I snapped my head and looked at Kendall.

"Sorry, just thinking. What'd you say?" He chuckled softly.

"I said I love you." I smiled.

"I love you." I kissed his lips.

"Alright, you've had enough." Kendall decided to celebrate, even though there wasn't anything to celebrate. He claimed, 'There's a holiday somewhere.' He drank a little too much.

"You are so pretty." He said for the 54th time. He leaned against me.

"Thank you." It was time for him to go to bed. He gave a me a drunk smile.

"Where's Kaylie? She in college yet?" Yeah he was wasted. I shook my head.

"Kendall, she's 14." He squinted. I shoved him gently all the way to the staircase. Well this was going to be fun trying to get him to walk up them. I felt like I was teaching Kaylie how to walk all over again. He looked up and down.

"What is this incline?"

"It's called stairs." Somehow, Hell must've frozen over or something, I got his ass up the staircase. I got him to my bedroom and tossed him on the bed, but he had his arms around me, so I fell with him. I chuckled as my head hit his chest.

"You've awoken Kendall Jr." I gave him a weird look.

"Who?"

"Kendall Jr." I sat up and looked at him. Who the hell is Kendall Jr.

"Show where exactly Kendall Jr. is." He pointed to his pants. Oh. That was Kendall Jr. I looked down and back up at him. He had a smirk on his face. I shook my head. "Let's get you and Kendall Jr. to bed."

"You're his favorite blanket."

"I'm sure I am."

******

"I said that!" I nodded as I handed Kendall asprin and a cup of water.

"Yup."

"I can't believe I told you about Kendall Jr....." I bit my lip to hold back a laugh. "I'm a total idiot when I'm drunk." I ran my hand through his hair.

"It's okay, it's not like I haven't met Kendall Jr. before." He choked on his water.

"I guess you have."

"You thought Kaylie was in college." He looked up at me in horror. I nodded slowly.

"What else did I say..."

"You told me about your first time."

"And we're done!" He handed me the cup of water and I laughed at him. He went downstairs.

"Guess he said too much."
