Chapter 14: Powerless

"What!?" I yelled.

"I can't." Ella whispered a tear falling from her eye. "I-I." Her eyes closed and she fell her head landing into the cold snow. I ran towards Ella lifting her head up from the snow. Managing to pick her up I started slowly towards civilization.

It was dark before I got to the road; cars zoomed passed me not noticing me in the dark. A twig snapped behind me and I spun around to see golden orbs glowing in the darkness. They grew bigger and then everything went dark.

My eyes crept open. Blood was the first word that came to my mind. The room reaked of blood, the metallic rich sent filling my nose. I sat up; I was on a small cot in a dark basement Ella beside me in nothing but a tank top.

Fear, Panic, and Nerves sweeping through my blood stream I slid out of the bed and looked around the room. It was entirely made of cement, the ceiling had water dripping from it creating a small puddle in the middle of the room. A single pull light bulb hung above the cot throwing the room into a golden hue but turning the corners of the room into dark shadows. A blood stain stood on the wall its rich burgendy color making me sick. I heard foot steps above my head. The came closer and closer until I heard a creek. A door that I hadn't noticed in the dark corner opened revealing golden eyes.

"Hello." A guys voice said, it lough and rusty.

"W-Who are you." My voice came out high and shaky.

"Oh, I'm Alec." He stepped forward into the light. He had a buz cut and a moustache. His eyes were gold with specks of black in them. His skin wasn't tan by any stretch of the imagination. His lips were a rich red, the same color of the blood on the wall. He let his lips seperate showing sharp canines the tips of them stained red.

Putting the last peice of the puzzle in a word came out of my mouth slowly. "Vampire."

"You're very smart." He muttered his hand brushing the underside of my chin. "And your friend is very pretty..." He licked his lips his eyes closing a moan escaping his mouth.
"You're sick." I growled.

"No. I'm healthy." He laughed. "I just enjoy younglings."

I swung my hand towards his face forming a punch. My hand was intercepted by his hand catching mine. "I'll enjoy her tonight."

That was it. I closed my eyes and felt the tempeture in the room drop. I opened my eyes to find Alec at the other side of the room looking over Ella lustfully. Then he walked away over to the otherside of the room. He pulled out some chains attached to the wall. Sudenly I was over at the chains.

I thought back to one of Elise's lectures. Vampires had super strenght and speed but it drained their powers. I felt metal click around both my ankles and my hands. "Or I could enjoy her now..." A voice came from behind me. Alec walked over to Ella cot taking off his shirt revealing a large scar running down his stomach. I heard a zip and clinking and his belt zoomed off followed by his jeans falling. He was now in nothing but his boxers a bulge imanent. He slipped off Ellas tank top revealing her in just her bra.

Anger boiled up in me. "Stop!" I cried. As his hands slid into his boxers I focused all my stenght ont him. The room dropped as if you had been teleported from the sahara desert to Antartica. The water in the center of the room froze and the chains keeping me prisoner broke, the cold to much for them.

"I don't think so." Alec said. He was now beside me canines bared as his teeth were about to sink into my neck a sudden burst of power ran through me. The tip of his teeth touched my neck and I heard a scream. I turned my face to find a statue of Ice beside me. His eyes darted to me and the Ice broke flying through the room. I ran to the other side of the room. "You're just making me mad." Alec moaned. "Maybe I should enjoy you first?" He ripped off my shirt revealing my naked chest.­­­

"You sick minded bitch." I screamed. I formed a dagre of Ice in my hands and bolted at him catching him off gard. As I plunged the Ice into his naked chest he screamed loudly; the world going quite for a second. I put my hands around his neck and shot Ice from my hands. Soon he fell to the ground with a thud dead. Then I realized what I had done. I had frozen his blood, I had killed him.

"Jaxon?" whispered a voice. Ella walked over to me slowly.

I turned around to see Ella in nothing but her bra and underwear. "Put your tank top on and I'll explain everything." Ella walked back to the cot and pulled on her tank top hiding her bear skin.

"What happened?" Whos he?" She whispered hoarsly panicing.

"His name was Alec." I told her. "He was a sick minded and a rapist. He was also a vampire." I said disgusted.

"He raped me!" Ella asked her eyes widening.

"No." I explained Ella sighing in releif. "But he was about to. I killed him."
"Wh-what?" Ella asked shocked. "How?"

I looked up at her. "I froze his blood." And with that I walked out of the room followed by Ella throwing open the door in the corner.

Oh my! Things just took a dark turn....

Sorry if you skipped the section, if you did the chapter was pretty short so sorry about that. And sorry to anyone who read it and had to go threw Jaxon explaining it to Ella I wanted the younger veiwers to understand what happened.
