I lied at a table, Ella beside me. Doctors in white gowns rushed in as I lifted my head forcing me down as Ella woke from the loud sounds.

I sat beside Ella who was fine. Who was safe. Just like me. Mrs. Nicole walked into a room a look of relief on her face. She sat on our bed putting down a folder.
"What happened to the Academy?" Was the first thing that tumbled out of my mouth.
"It will be rebuilt by the start of September, school has been closed for the rest of the year." Nicole answered.
"Where are we?"
"Silver Pine Hospital."
I closed my eyes forcing the memories out as best I could.
"What happened?"
"You froze time." Nicole replied.
"What?"
"You have drained all of your power for at least a month or so, but with it you froze the existence of time itself." Nicole answered.
"Has anyone ever done that?"
"One." Nicole concluded. "Ice himself."
I drew quiet as Ella asked questions.
Nicole stood. And began to leave the room. She stopped at the door. "Also..." She smiled. "The Gifted Six and yourselves are going to the School of Elements, in New Zealand next year."
